    We are filing this complaint regarding Uber Freights irresponsible handling of our freight orders and the subsequent billing dispute that remains unresolved despite multiple attempts to communicate.Specifically, our shipment UF8881380644 was canceled by Uber Freight without our consent. The reason given was that we did not respond to a message but at no point did we authorize or request cancellation. This cancellation directly caused confusion in the invoicing of shipment UF9358218862, which was incorrectly billed with combined weight charges due to the missing BOL from the canceled order.We provided both BOLs to the driver at the time of pickup. If the driver failed to submit one, it is an internal issue with Uber Freights carrier or billing teamnot our responsibility. Despite clear communication and evidence that we fulfilled our obligations, Uber Freight refuses to correct the invoice or accept any fault, claiming the charge stands.This behavior demonstrates a lack of accountability, poor customer service, and an unjust transfer of liability to us as the client. Our business has been financially and operationally impacted by their negligence.We are requesting:Immediate removal of the incorrect charge.Written confirmation that our company is not liable.An internal review to ensure such failures are not repeated.

    Dear Better Business Bureau,I am writing to file a complaint because we feel like our requests to Uber Freight's Suppor Team are not helpful in resolving our concerns. Instead of addressing our case properly, we only receive generic responses with no follow up. It seems like no effort is made by the company to help resolve my issue, and our legitimate concerns are being dismissed without consideration.On February 11th we scheduled a freight pickup to occur on February 12th. 3 days later we found that the carrier had picked up the incorrect load. We requested for the carrier to pick up the correct load once again on Tuesday February 18th, and our request was ignored. We then requested for it to happen on February 19th, and despite promises that it would, and that they would personally make sure of it, no one picked up our load. It's been over a week now, and our business is financially suffering as a result of this severe lack of professionalism on Uber Freight's part.The Customer Support Team appears to operate with little oversight, repeatedly issuing automated responses instead of conducting a proper review, and ensuring the problem is successfully resolved.     I paid $1200 to have electrical work replaced that was tore down by one of their carriers when he took down a power line. I would like for the company to refund me this money I had to take a loan out to get the work done.

    A trucking business "************************" is using my email address to bid and book loads on uber freight load board and I do not work for that company I've contacted both parties with no resolutions happening

    Ive reached out to Uber Freight to update my payment info and I havent heard anything back from them after sending the a voided check. Now Im supposed to be picking up a load for uber freight and I cant pick up the load because somebody at under freight isnt checking the emails the shipper has been sending over the last hour. The people that Ive talked to can barely speak English and claim they cant transfer me to nobody and they didnt have no supervisor info so I can try to call somebody else. These two things are a big inconvenience for me at the moment

    we hired Uber Freight to pick up our freight to be picked up 11/20/2024 with a delivery date of 11/26/2024. They no called no showed on pick-up day. They showed up the next day on 11/21 after business hours to pick up our freight. We had to load the freight ourselves. On 11/27 we received notification that the package was dropped at their warehouse in a city near the residential delivery address and had not moved in hours after many phone calls we were able to reach the warehouse and were informed that our cargo would not go out for delivery until 12/3/24. This was a custom Thanksgiving table that we had promised delivery of by that day based on the promised date provided by ****. We had to hire a moving company to go pick it up and deliver it. Costing us an additional $1,325.00. Our original invoice from Uber Freight shows we paid additional charges Totaling $382.18 for residential delivery, inside delivery, and appointment-setting fees, which they never completed. We submitted a claim for repayment and were denied. We believe we are entitled in the least to the fees we paid to complete the delivery and the fees we were charged for residential delivery and liftgate usage that we never completed, totaling $1,707.63. **** is taking zero accountability and told us we were owed nothing despite them being paid for services they never completed.

    Hello, **** has made it impossible to get a refund for ordering a ride that never arrived at the address requested (see two attachments requesting pickup on both Oct. 29 and Nov. 1, 2024, at the rider's residence, ****************************************** *******). I was able to get a refund for the no-show Oct. 29 ride. **** claims Rider, my mother, who is that account holder, ***** ******, has reached her limit for cancellations. No such limit warnings were ever given, and a handful of cancellations/refunds were warranted as the driver never showed up at the requested address, yet parked at a different address, ran the clock, and charged a cancellation fee.On behalf of my mother, I contacted **** to try to resolve the issue as I have my credit card on their file and have been paying monthly for all her rides. We are requesting a $4.00 refund as a matter of principle for the ride on Nov. 1, 2024, which never showed up at the requested address and per ****'s records (see attachment) - the driver instead parked at an address on **************, while my mom was waiting for her ride at *********. ****'s response to me for a refund was that I reached a "cancellation limit." This is unacceptable and should be regarded as theft of money for services not rendered.I have Power of Attorney on my mom's behalf and am authorized to follow up with you regarding her **** account.     The Business has addressed my concerns outside of addressing the BBB in reference to complaint ID ********. My issue is resolved and my complaint can be closed. *However, this unfair and fraudulent business practice of **** will likely repeat to other customers, which is unfortunate.  See attachment to see how issue resolved, but with an additional, time-consuming back and forth messaging, which should have been unnnescessary.
