    I have tried to apply for an uberfreight acct twice now. Ultimately I have been met with a highly discriminatory policy that bars small business owners without a web domain or paid email hosting to be recognized as business accts. I offered to supply my EIN as proof that I operate a business but was continually rejected. Additionally my request to escalate the issue and appeal to a manager was dismissed. The written recommendation was to spend money to set up a website and paid email hosting and apply again. I think its really bold to suggest how a small business delegates funds and shows a great disregard for the challenges small businesses face

    I moved this load which belongs to Uber Freight Load # ********** ************ to ************, ** On the day the this got loaded into my trailer, the broker who gave me the load was Delta Dune Trucking, MC-*******, (who is now NO LONGER authorized to broker freight, as I have already reported them to the proper authorities, ) *********** name was not on the paperwork, it said Uber Freight, I reached out to Uber Freight, they could not find the load, So then I called the shipper, I told them what was going on, and they gave me *******'s number, who was the manager of the load, He was made aware of what is going on, He asked me if "*****" was with me, I said no, the only drivers in the truck are ****** & ******, there is no ***** here. ******* was extremely confused, as he was told ***** was in the truck with ******, we still don't know who ***** is. ************************** from Uber Freight was aware of what was going on, and said hey we work with Maroon all the time, so here comes the twist, Uber Freight booked the load with Maroon Trucking, and I got the load from Delta Dune, so Maroon was using a different company to give the load too, and this is how they get away with scamming and cheating and double triple brokering loads. *******, was okay with moving the load this way, I said okay if you are comfortable with them then I will trust that the guy from Uber will take care of things if things go sideways. Now here I am 60 days later, I had to invest over $5,000 of my own money to move this load, and they have not paid me on it, they blocked my number, now I see the company Delta Dune has been shut down, Uber looked like they were going to help and then suddenly stopped replying, and when I try to call Maroon Trucking it also seems they don't have a real physical location or a way to get a hold of anyone. **** refuses to help, even though the proof is in the **** which I have, and the permit, which i paid for and is require for delivery,

    After reviewing my credit card statement I noticed that I was charged $31.26 however the address that was enter was literally around the block ************** Ive reached out to Uber for help I have not heard back
