    They double broker loads. They have no clue whats going on with any load. How many times do I have to go pick up a load and somone before me already picked it up. Todays load was a pre loaded jbhunt trailer. It was suppose to be a live load. They never ever fix any issues when u got a problem with a load. Waste carriers day because of their stupidity. Uber freight is one of the worst brokers u can book a load with. You never know what you are going to get.

    Uber Freight is the worst company to sign up with as a Owner Oprerator. I've been calling every other week for 4 months attempting to do business with the company and told my company doesn't meet the criteria for Uber Freight. I read the requirements and the insurance information matches their requirements, yet I was denied without anyway to resolve the issue. Uber Freights service representative told me to call back in 6 months. I will never do business with Uber Freight and will pass this message along to other Owner Operators.

    The worst customer service ever, they deactivate my account 3 weeks ago .and yet after 4 times calling them to find out why my account was deactivated still cant get an answer .I requested to speak to a supervisor or manager that can give some answers,and the customer service said we cant get you to to them because we cant reach them .So calling 4 times within 3 weeks just to find out why my account was deactivated and yet cant get any answer .This is the worst model and way to do business.
