    Bought 1 box fan in under 2 months started letting off this bad burning smell so threw it out got another from a different store completely under 4 weeks it started the bad burning smell, today is November 5th 2024 i called customer service and told the lady what happened she said SO? THEN HUNG UP, I CALLED BACK AND 2ND ****** WAS A MAN AND THEN HE SAID HE WILL CONNECT ME TO HIS VERIFICATION LINE TO VERIFY MY INFORMATION AND SAID I HAVE TO PUT IN MY BANK ACCOUNT INFORMATION!!! NOW THEY ARE TRYING TO SCAM AND *** PEOPLE!I EVEN GOT IT RECORDED ! HOW DO WE REPORT A COMPANY ************ ARE ROBBING PEOPLE OR TRYING TO?

    The fans work pretty good. The last one I bought came without parts. Had to look up a number to get parts but got what seems like a scam saying they are going to give me a $100 card but they wanted my credit card number or bank info to pay for a "one time fee" of $3.95 to send it to my address. SCAM!Don't fall for this!

    My unbranded Chinese box fan failed after just two *******. Only thing in the store was an Aerospeed AC100. As another reviewer noted, the foot extensions are unnecessarily difficult to install, but a gentle tap with a rubber mallet took care of that. (If you don't have a rubber mallet, a 15 ounce can of beans will work just as well).I experienced the same clicking noise reported by other reviewers. I found that simply rotating the dark grey fan cover slightly cured the problem.So far, I am very happy with my AC100 fan. It is quiet and delivers a good volume of air to keep me cool.
