      My insurance provider denied ** coverage because they think we are lying about how my vehicle was damaged, despite having a police report documenting the incident. One morning, I found my car had been damaged while being parked over night. I called the police and filed a police report to document the situation for insurance purposes. After communicating with our insurance provider, Kemper, they denied us coverage, their reason being that the upon analysis, they were told the damage that the car had suffered, could have only occurred if the vehicle was in motion, so it wasnt parked and so we were supposedly being dishonest about how the car was damaged. Their assessment is completely wrong as theres a police report made the same morning of the incident, as undeniable proof. Therefore, our insurance provider, Kemper, is denying us coverage by calling us dishonest, despite having proof.

      I am writing to formally dispute the deniable of coverage for the damage to my vehicle, referenced under Claim Number ***********, on the grounds that the investigation conclusion
      reached by my insurance provider, Infinity Insurance Company, is in error. 

      It was reported, and corroborated by a police report filed on December 17 2024, that my vehicle was hit while parked at *********************** in ***************. The police report, filed under Call Number ***********, clearly states 
      the fact that the vehicle was stationary at the time of collision. Your denial letter, dated February 19 2024, claims that the damage to our vehicle is inconsistent with it being parked as described in our claim. 
      This contradicts the evidence provided by the official police documentation. Therefore, I respectfully request a reevaluation of your decision considering the evidence supporting our claim. 

      I trust that this oversight can be amicably resolved and anticipate your prompt correction of this matter. We expect a comprehensive review and a subsequent overturning of the decision to deny coverage.

      I am rejecting this response because:I do not accept the insurance decision, the answer lies in the car's black box because my car was parked when the damage was received and I have never lied and I will continue insisting that the insurance cover the damage to my car because for That's why I'm paying for full coverage, they can say what they want but their responsibility is to cover the damage to my car, and they still refused to pay the car rental where my policy says 40 Dlls per day.

      Kemper claims department has been contacted multiple times both through email and phone. Calls to adjuster and his managers up two levels have gone unanswered without call back. **************** has been contacted and asked to escalate for review. My vehicle has been down for almost 4 months due to an accident with their insured. This company is terrible and unethical.

      On November 29, 2023, my husband's parked car was totaled by a drunk driver- who was insured by Kemper Insurance. We were lucky that a good samaritan saw what had happened since she tried to flee the scene. We were able to get her insurance and contact information. Since being in contact with an agent at Kemper, we have been in limbo.Up until the accident, my husband was a full-time Lyft driver. We were informed he would get compensation for two weeks of his salary plus our share of the claim since this driver hit two cars. We haven't received a cent. He has now been out of a job and a car for almost eleven weeks, and has not been compensated. I am reaching out because we have been getting the run-around from just about every agent we have talked to. And of course, as a young family, we need this money.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.This does not mean that I agree with the way your company has treated my husband since the accident. While I am happy for a resolution, it does not mean that I am satisfied with our treatment during the months of back and forth from this company. We were treated carelessly and callously. Heck, the response we're supposed to sign and send back didn't come with a  pre-stamped envelope!

      Entered a claim on 1/15/24 at 8:31AM Spoke with a claim adjuster on 1/18/24 but the adjuster *************************** did not input any of the information. I called again on 1/23/24 and this time, asked for an email confirmation of conversation so I could have a paper trail of when I spoke with someone. On 1/26/24 Kemper claims they mailed a check to the dealership where my car is being held. On 2/9/24 at 11:19AM. The dealership has yet to receive said check, and cannot release my vehicle until they receive it. I have been without a car since 1/10/2024 and no one from Kemper can give me any information. *************************** refuses to answer my calls, texts, or call back. The customer service line, places me on hold, and then hangs up, like they did on 2/9/24. I called the corporate office, and the representative "attempted" to look up my information, and quickly told me to "Call back when you have the correct policy number" and hung up. I want to know where the check is, and if they lost it, to send a replacement.

      I contacted Kemper Life insurance after finding a copy of my policy that my father began for me in 1961. I called to check on the policy itself and the value of the policy on 1/17/2024 and was told that I needed to send a written request through customer service. After doing so I was told that the policy was old and needed to be located through the archives and check in 48 hours. After waiting ********************************************************************************** that he would send a cash surrender form for me to fill out. I AGAIN asked him about the value of the policy and he again stated that it had not been pulled up yet. I never received a copy or written information of the life insurance policy OR how much the policy was worth. This is all that I received. I do have the payment on the policy and it was a active and paid up policy, so how is this policy only worth $375.64 ??? from *********************************************** loan drawn from it? I have yet to be given ACCURATE information to match with what I have. I have NOT cashed this check as it is in ERROR or possible fraud and WILL NOT accept this amount until I SEE where they figured this amount from.

      Your insured driver hit and totaled my vehicle . They never stopped at a stop sign and totaled my car along with my daughter and grandbabies ending up in the hospital with injuries . Its been since October . Ive tried hundreds of times to reach out to ***** along with her supervisor . They say they will get back to me a the two times I missed the call out of so many times I called they wont answer my calls . I have no vehicle anymore . Im fully covered and this was not our fault that this has happened . Now I have to pay for medical bills etc. They will not even pay me to get another vehicle they are ignoring me and when I spoke with ***** she was very unprofessional and after explaining to her supervisor that I would like for her to help me she has ***** call me back the second time and left a voicemail. I tried to call back right away and no answer left several voicemails nothing.

      On December 5th 2023 ~6PM, a driver hit and run my parked car and made dent on my car's front driver seat door. One of my housemate was able to get plate number down and I filed the case to the police. Next day I got the driver's license ********** and ********************************************* name ********************* auto, policy number **************). Once I contacted the company, they asked me to take picture of my car through their app and told me that their adjuster will contact me - who never did; I tried to contact them afterwards multiple times, leaving message to both the adjuster and her supervisor but never got any call back nor email since then. The insurance expiration date for the driver is 2/22/24. I am not sure if the company is deliberately avoiding my call or not - and am very frustrated by the fact that I am the one (who did nothing but park my car infront of my house) who has to spend so much time to struggle to get compensation for the damage that the other person did to my property. I also asked the company to fix my last name on the claim to "Heo" not "Hel" but they never did

      First and foremost I deeply appreciate your help in getting things moving along. The company did send me email and contact info that are working for me to actually contact them. They did provided me with estimate on their part that their AI system generated. I do need to go to repair shop in person on my part to get estimate and compare with the one that they sent. As such, my issue has not resolved just yet so if it is possible, I would like to keep the case open for now until the final resolution has heen made.

      My car was involved in an accident on Aug 4,2023,and has been in the shop all this time.My car has been in shop for almost six month,and I still hasnt been fixed.I call the insurance,to talk to my claim officer *********************************,and ** told they working on my car to go check up on it at shop,but I still dont get anywhere with Kemper Insurance or their body shop.Ive been paying my car insurance and car payment without even driving it for six months.Almost half a year and still no car.All Im asking for is for my car to get fixed like it was before the accident and get delivered to me as soon as possible.This insurance when I call just gives me the run around and nothing has been fixed ,going on six months.

      My parents both had $1,000 life insurance policies with Kemper Corporation when they passed away. Mother passed in 2022 and Father in 2023 but my fathers policy paid right after his death. My mothers claim keeps coming back asking for the same documents that I sent the first time and now they are asking for my fathers signature because he was the primary beneficiary. *** since emailed and mailed back all the information again with death certificates for both, policies numbers, probate letters with myself as executor and they are still having issues processing the claim. I really can not reach them by phone and Ive also visited their local office but was told that their corporate office is the only one to handle claims. Customer no service.

      I have been in contact with Kemper regarding an auto claim i filed for an accident that happened on 1/10/23. I spoke with my adjuster *********************** who happens to be very unprofessional and rude. I have attempted to speak with a supervisor regarding this issue I have with the adjuster resulting in me leaving multiple messages with nothing being resolved.
