Yesterday, January 31, **** I remove My Daughter from my insurance policy I was told I was gonna pay $153. I spoke with the agency through the phone I even have some emails back-and-forth asking him to send me documents proof that I am going to pay them out this morning, I received the different letter an email from **************** only not from him saying Im going to pay $189 that wasnt the agreement yesterday when I asked him for the agreement through email. He said the system was down so I need to get this fixed somebody needs to investigate because somebody needs to do something about this.Business Response

Complaint: 21228402I have made a complaint regarding KEMPER CORPORATION. I want to fix something I wrote when I gave my statements I wrote down AGENCY. I wasnt aware that agency is for brokers only so my broker got coached and some consequences. Can I please get that clear with my Broker advantage America, the person that did my transfer it was **************** through ******************************************* I spoke with some few supervisors I wanna make a complaint About a supervisor her name is *****. I was trying to explain to her everything what happened and She is really rude disrespectful and she transfer me to **************** with out saying anything , I wanted for almost an hour I want the recordings to get pulled out so we can listen to them before they erase because that lady shes really disrespectful. She wasnt trying to help me so after she transferred me without saying anything, I spoke with ********* she got to the bottom of it and she helped me out. Everything has been fixed the amount that it was supposed to be each month, thanks to *********. She help me out and now Im happy with the my monthly payments. **************** the person that helped me he needs to be coached and need to be trained a little bit more because he did never move my daughters car. Thats why the price was higher he just removed My Daughter from the policy and he asked for proof of insurance to remover so I send him all the information from her new insurance with the car Vin number everything on it. He did not remove the car thats why it was $189 but when I spoke with him on the phone and he mentioned it that it was going to be $189 around there and he put me on hold and he said hold on Ill be right back he came back few minutes later and he said youre right its going to be $153 this is his name (********************************) after he emailed me saying that the system was down but now he doesnt reply back and ignores all my emails. My Daughter was removed and the car was still on my policy thats why the payment was still high,Second, I made a complaint for Kemper **************** they are the one who made the changes but he didnt do his job correctly, He was supposed to do remove My Daughter in the car. I emailed him to his personal email I have proof. I send All my daughters documents of her own insurance through ********** low income she she qualified for the program and I sent it to him to his email because he said he wanted proof so I did and theres other emails between me and him Im asking him to send me the documents of my new payment each month because it was supposed to be $153 in the beginning to begin with and he agreed to it and then a few days later I get an email regarding that is going to be $189 I dont understand what happened thats why all I made a complaint. My Broker has nothing to do with it advantage America has nothing to do with my complaint. (Kemper) made a mistake The supervisor her name is ***** and also ******. Theyre really rude, especially *****. Shes really disrespectful and I want to pull out the audio between me and her the conversation we had. I want you to listen to it. She needs to be fired or need to be coached because that lady is really disrespectful, she did not want to help at all whatsoever. She said it wasnt her business. It wasnt her problem. Basically, I want you guys to pull out the audio and listen to it advantage America has nothing to do with it. I want this to get resolved because shes not going to get away with it ***** especially I am not really happy with this and ********* is the third supervisor. I spoke with she listen to me and help me out and we both went through it step-by-step Im a file to see what was wrong and she fixed it. I am really happy, and I am satisfied. This is in reference to insurance claim #************* for the car accident which occured on 09/27/23, where the company confirmed their client was found at fault. They had failed initial correspondence between my husband I, even trying to close the claim without repair claiming no correspondance on our part. After several phone calls, voicemails and emails, I made contact with adjuster ***************************, who on a recorded line advised a rental would need to be covered out of pocket but would be 100% reimbursed upon completion of repairs. She advised there would be no cap on the amount covered or restriction on the type of vehicle rented. On 01/03/24 our car was finally repaired and an email with the invoice was sent to the adjuster, in the amount of $1517.30.On 01/08/24, ****** replied stating the invoice would be reviewed that same day. I have yet to recieve payment or follow up. It has been has been 19 days since our last correspondence. I have sent several follow up emails, phone calls to both the adjuster, her manager *********************** and their customer service. I attempted to reach their corporate ******** profile, and after posting this very same complaint verbatim, I was promptly blocked. After seeing many reviews over several platrforms, it appears to be a common occurance where non-customers are being scammed out of ***************, repairs and reimbursements.Business Response

I was in an auto accident on 12/14. I was intentionally hit at an intersection as I was leaving work. I filed a claim through my insurance which ultimately was closed out and I opened a claim through the other party's insurance (Kemper). I have been trying for almost 2 months to get my car fixed. My claim has been passed around to 5 different people in the past month. No one responds to emails/phone calls. They have been telling me for over a month that they are trying to determine liability. This was not a big accident, it should not take this long to decide liability. It is clear who is at fault. The lack of communication is absurd. I have a 2023 Kia ***** that is now damaged that I want fixed asap. This company is awful. I provided pictures of both vehicles, had a recorded statement done with both insurance companies, provided any and everything needed and I can't get this issue resolved. This is taking ENTIRELY too long. The other party is spewing lies and I would assume making this company drag their feet. I want this resolved ASAP. Every single person I've been in contact with at Kemper is now "out of the office with no return date" which is weird if you ask me. Last time I spoke with someone was two weeks ago and that was the supervisor who's phone number now no longer works and who's email address is no longer valid. I recently surrendered burial policies with Kemper. While securing the forms from an email sent to me by Kemper I had the misfortune of also receiving the personal information of a customer who also surrendered a policy. I am stunned. I am in possession of this. Customers ss#, address, phone# etc. I am now concerned that my information along with others may be in jeopardy. I have phoned Kemper at least three times to no avail. Got rear ended back in August 2022. -was told to go wherever I wanted to get it repaired since their client was at fault -they only did rental reimbursement but would ignore any sort of question in regards to the rental. -once I dropped off my vehicle at the shop, it was in shop for 1 month for repair as there were delays AND the damage was worse once they took it apart. -we had to pay out of pocket $2500 for a rental. -I wanted a full sized sedan rental which is smaller than my vehicle but rental place didnt have any and did a free upgrade to a mini van considering I have to transport children or the other option was a dodge challenger -once it was done they only wanted to pay me $600 for the reimbursement. But I refused and then they said they would only do $1000. Then they told me that a vehicle the size of my car would have been about $1500 for that time period. Which we were about $68/day for the full size sedan price. -they then blamed me for choosing the shop and choosing the rental place when they did not give me any sort of information in regards to where I should have taken it. -they were not contracted with the shop therefore they were supposed to cover the entire time my vehicle was in shop which they refuse. -we just want the money we had to fork out due to their clients negligence hitting me back.Business Response

My car was damaged by someone driving a vehicle covered by this soul called insurance company and they refuse to cover the repairs (leaking engine,busted radiator, turbo was shifted, bumper was torn and ECT) of my car, this was after a full month of them leading me on. Every time I called to speak with my adjuster (***********************) I'd be sent to voice-mail when I tried speaking to my claims agent manager (*******************) I'd be sent to voice mail too, then after a full month of expenses on a rental and storage fees at a body shop they simply say no they cannot cover any expenses or repairs because the person driving the vehicle that they cover is not in the policy! That is neither my fault or my problem! Now I have to get my insurance involved and a lawyer. Stay away from this company they are scammers with a nice building! Just in storage fees for the body shop is $4500.00 , car rental is $1131.00 and repairs are still unknown! They should shut this place down!Business Response

I was inadequately notified that my insurance policy would be ending. I did not receive the mail notices, and only received one very vague and cryptic text. In no way did the text clearly state my policy would be ending if I didnt accept the offer with a completely different company: infinity. Instead, it lead me to believe they were offering me a lower rate and to reenroll. Having auto renewal and auto billing set up, I assumed my current policy would still be valid. Ive since been in an at fault collision and was shocked to see I didnt have auto insurance. Luckily no one was injured, but I have had no luck reaching anyone to insist retroactive coverage- even with my attorney. I am in disbelief how unprofessional and unclear Kemper was in process of merging. I received no emails or calls, just the one very vague text. I understand the company mailed out these notices, the fact is I did not receive them. I have a documented mail theft issue in my neighborhood. There have been many instances, specifically at the end of last year, that the whole streets mailboxes were open with mail all over the street. I received one very vague text that didnt even come close to the clarity provided by the letters youve attached here. I am unhappy with the communication and perplexed that in 2023 I didnt receive emails or a call with this information to confirm that I received the mail notices. I am upset with how the text message was worded, it did not make it clear my policy was ending.

I took out a policy with this company, I **** made all payments yet they are claiming Im behind a payment. Ive mailed all receipts to corporate office along with a payment via certified mail. Yet Im being told that they didnt receive copies of receipts only the payment Both were mailed to them again certified maid. I would like to receive all money pd. And cancel said policy.
