    I have been using the changed about to pay of debt and save money well when I tried to cash out my 225 dollars in late may they refuse to send me my money and keep giving excuse this has went on long enough I have not been able to speak with anyone except through email

    Currently there is a nationwide freeze in funds with partner banks due to a bankruptcy occurrence with our technology partner Synapse. We've communicated to all Changed members that we are doing what we can to get users funds back as soon as possible. We also have created a status page on the issue which is updated on a weekly basis.

    Changed *** is an app that allows you to connect your banking accounts to their app and each purchase you make, rounds up and then the additional amount goes to paying off debt youve linked to Changed. Since May 2024 Changed has claimed they are no longer able to do transactions and they are working on it, its a tech company and its literally been almost 2 months. Seems very suspicious. I emailed asking to close my account and be refunded the amount I have in my stash since its not able to be paid out to my loan I have linked. I received an email back saying they werent able to refund me due to their issues. My bank recommends this app and even waves the annual fees. But since the app has taken money from peoples bank account and now claims they cant do any type of banking transaction, this is very alarming to me. People have money sitting in this company.Its a tech company, with many vendors, its been almost 2 months of them sending emails claiming to be working on the issues. Something isnt adding up.
