      The location I was buying had a very difficult HOA but Guaranteed rate struggled through the long process & never gave up. Honestly they weren't my 1st choice but my 1st choice seen the difficulty in giving a FHA loan in a large condo association. Guaranteed rate was honest from the beginning, telling me it might be a long process & got it done. I'll definitely recommend Guaranteed Rate & the ************************* team in the future
