5 starsThey really came through for us especially our broker, *******************. Our newly built home was supposed to be done in March, then in May and it was finally done in July. They stuck with us, gave us good advice about when to lock in and get the necessary extensions. They were very easy to work with and the communication was excellent.Review fromKyung K

He was in constant contact with us throughout the entire process, even during the many months it took us to finally be under contract. 5 stars***** and his team at Guareented Rate are the best! They are responsive to any concerns or issues that come up and help in every way possible. Whether for a home purchase or refinance, I always go to *****. He and ***** help me find the best rate and product and see it through to completion. The absolute worst company to refi through. Owning was a great company to work with during refi process, they got bought out by the company. Numerous issues and LACK of communication and help throughout the process. Underwriters missed the basics, the only way we got anywhere is when I reached out to them. Sad to see a great Company like Owning turn into this.
