In July 2023, BBB investigated Solid Field Containers's business practices. This investigation was prompted by a scam tracker submission regarding a consumer purchasing an industrial container from the business's website after speaking to the store on Facebook Marketplace and claimed the store prepared a quote. The consumer alleges never receiving the container after sending the payment.
We have not found an address, they do not have a state filing (SOS) IL report. There is not much online information regarding the possible website scam.

On 07/13/2023, 07/19/2023 and 07/25/2023, BBB requested additional information. As of 7/31/2023, BBB has not received any response from Solid Field Containers.
