In February 2024, I had an altercation with a client at one of Envision's CILAs. The client was refusing his medication and this resulted in him attempting to attack me, a heavy wooden chair was thrown across the room at me. A report was made, supervisors were called, but nothing happened. It was swept under the rug and I returned back to work the following day with no word of what would be next after the incident. Now again 2 months later in April 2024, I was actually attacked. The same client was getting assisted with his chores and out of the blue, he attacked me. He pushed me down to the ground & tried to get on top of me, but I rolled to avoid that. Afterwards, he continued to hit me and then he pulled me by my ponytail causing me to fall again. A supervisor was called and a replacement staff was sent in because I left due to getting hurt; my left cheek was swollen and throbbing, with BAD back pains in my upper back and shoulders. This incident happened on April 16th, I was sent to Envision's doctor that they're covered by and was told to return to work with my restrictions 2 days later. However, Envision did not want me back with restrictions so my return date changed to April 30th which is when MY doctor of choice said I should return. Within those 2 weeks, not once did my own supervisor reach out to check on my well being. I was told nothing would be done about the incident neither. I was still expected to return to this work house.Envision Unlimited is an unsafe workplace, the safety care training that's provided is no help. The training is not effective, most of the training would not even work on some of the clients that I work with on an everyday basis. For me to be working in a behavior CILA, I feel that we do not have the proper training for these individuals. Envision portrays an image that safety is the most important key, however that doe not stand when it comes to staff. We are put at risk the most and when we're hurt, it's swept under the rug!!

I've been working with this company on behalf of a nursing home situation. They reached out to me about a year ago and asked if I was interested in housing as an option to transition from Pinecrest nursing home to the community and I was approved and accepted into their program. I have since viewed a few units that were not even livable to say the least I finally found a unit I really wanted to move into, backing up here a minute, they find the client the unit and forward the information to you, so I filled out the application and they paid the application fee of ***** dollars. In the interim, I've been waiting to find out if I was approved or not, as I have an extensive background, I was worried about it, I just received notification from them that they don't work with the program and they were willing to work with me on my background situation. My problem is that this is not an acceptable way to do business with people as to misrepresent the company in the first place. Before sending me the unit address, they should of verified with them on the payment process in the first place. My heart is broken as I was ready to move into this unit and move on with my life .
