In January 2025, BBB investigated Your Music Satellite's business practices. This investigation was prompted by a scam tracker submission regarding a consumer alleging the company is representing themselves as Sirius XM, a well known satellite radio program.
per the consumer:
"Company representing itself as Sirius XM to renew my satellite radio plan. Payment was made and text verified payment from credit card to accept it as fraud or not. When checking my Sirius XM account I saw there was never a credit issued to my account for the amount of $**.**. Spoke to Sirius representative and they acknowledged it must be some from of fraud as they have no connection to this company. Disputed payment with credit card and attempted to cancel and get refund via the email link but no response."
We do not have a viable address found for this location. There is no SOS report for this company. We have not received a response regarding the ownership and the type of business they are running.

On 1/6/2025, 1/9/2025 and 1/15/2025, BBB requested additional information. As of 1/21/2025, BBB has not received any response from the business.
