    I made a reservation to celebrate my police academy graduation and when I try to place the reservation for a specific time I called and told them that the time was available but it wasnt letting me choose it so the lady that I spoke to told me to select the next earliest time and that they will adjust it once I called the day of the reservation. So with confidence I selected the earliest time which was around 5:45pm but i was going to get there around 6:30pm. The reservation had me put down a $200 deposit to reserve my seatings. So when I called the day of the reservation (08/18/2022) to let them know the time of arrival they said that they could only extend 15 minutes as a grace ******* I then explained to the host what the prior lady had told me and she said that they couldnt do anything because of the booked reservations. So then I confronted her by saying why would the other lady tell me to book it and then adjust it? So then I asked to speak to a supervisor and they kept saying that theyre unavailable. I called around 2 weeks after to speak to a supervisor agian and they kept telling me that they were unavailable so I left a message for a supervisor to call me at the earliest convenient which has been more than three weeks now and nothing has been resolved. I made a dispute with my bank but its also taking around 2-3 weeks to resolve (investigate) so i would like this issue resolved by just asking for a full refund aside from not using their services because of this inconvenience.
