      Not only everytime I order something from you all through DoorDash, you NEVERRR have all my items I'm either missing a fry, definitely never sauces even when i specifically pay for 4 of them one time yall even forgot a whole entire sandwich. Im usually not the one to leave a review but after this order (which yall once again forgot my fries AND sauces) this sandwich was not done. Yall got a bunch of idiots running this location. I will never order here again!! If I get sick Im suing the wig off ****** himself. Now I was not gonna come to BBB until I called the store and got the manager to let him know and he immediately said to call DoorDash for compensation. No empathy, no apology. Nothing. Im not looking for a lousy $5. How about running your store properly.. yall cant be that slow and inconsiderate.

When scanning to at least earn points, it forwarded me to ****** wallet when I didn't want that card charged.Years back further, employees wouldn't refund transaction for mcflurrys at that time didn't serve on mornings, digitally.Tried calling, agents were completely useless throughout the whole thing. I have some emails throughout cases more than this. Estimated amount.

      May 14th at 9:01pm I was sitting in this McDonalds with my family and a lady was trying to get into the door. My one girl was being kind and we didn't know they locked the doors we thought she was picking up door dash order, lost something or whatever. Well their signs shows different times on when they're open dining room and drive thru. Well when the lady was patiently at the counter this black lady yelled at her and asked how she got in here and the lady said a little girl. Well then the same name tagless black lady yelled at us and said you don't let people in our dining room is closed and had a fit and wanted to know which of my girls opened the door. I was hot that's not customer service and what would have she would have done if she knew which of my girls opened the door. Well it made that door dasher mad since she didn't even want to wait on her she was telling someone else so the door dasher left and we got done and left. I don't want to come back to this location because we shouldn't be treated like that either. I do door dash and I know it says come in for orders and this location is sometimes closed when it's supposed to be open 24/7 and dining room is never closed at that correct 7pm time it says. We shouldn't be shouted at just because that black lady didn't want to even help someone else even if she had a question regardless if she was even in the bathroom when they locked the doors or my girl opened the door. It's not like that lady robbed the place. That black girl needs anger management and customer service training. I see why ****************** is losing customers because not only the cost of food it's customer service and the wrong hours at this location. Bridgeville one is friendly and a lot better and has their hours correct everyday with no hassle and their system never goes down at night either. Always 24/7 and have great customer service.

      Ordered a meal, never received the food. went inside to get the meal and the manager ************************* told me to leave now. How can a business take you money and not give you the product you purchased? This is wrong in so many level.

      I reached out to CS when I could not load my receipt (for points). I attempted on 5/3 & again on 5/10 when I ran into the 7 day restriction (when counting out the 7 days in real time I missed it by a couple of hours). The nonsense that ensued for a reasonable request was ridiculous:5/10: 6:00 p.m. request for detailed information already provided in original contact.5/11: 5:43 a.m. response from "*************************" requesting receipt & additional information about the app. I provided the receipt at 4:01 p.m.5/11: 4:10 p.m. "Chezzarose" responded detailing the restrictions of loading a receipt 5/11: 4:20 p.m. response from "****" who escalates this to the tech department 5/11: 7:39 p.m. response from "Abegail" walking me step-by-step through how to load points. 5/13: 5:54 a.m. "*****" reached out to let me know the tech department reported "Upon checking by our Digital Tech Team, We checked and could not see any user activity for 5/3/24." I respond telling them I took a screenshot while I was on the app. I do this regularly to track that my points are being added. 5/13: in my final response I attached two screenshots from the date in question (requested by "*******" via email 5/13 at 6:54 am) and wrote the following:"I have to say, I am BAFFLED a multi-million dollar company has wasted my time with something like EIGHT emails rather than simply applying a small handful of points you can see, from the receipt I emailed, I earned. And then doubles down by telling me "tech" says I wasn't on the app, essentially calling me a liar. Again, for a handful of points you can see, from the receipt I emailed, I earned. I can't help but think "customer care" would do better to put the customer first and actually care."5/16: 2:44 p.m. received generic email saying my case had been closed.When they stated I wasn't on the app on the 3rd which is demonstrably false (and speaks to an issue with that app that sometimes prevents users from using it) I felt I needed to take action.

      I placed a order via mcdonalds mobile app, and it was for my son who is 16 yrs old. I paid $16.31 for the order and received the order number. He walked there to get his food and the manager wouldnt let him have the order she claims that he needs to have a long code that it gives when you place an order. There is no long code, so i called about six different numbers i found online for corporate, and apparently there is no corporate office for that mcdonalds at that address. I feel as if my son was being discriminated against. I continued to go to the mobile app and online trying to find this long code or anything helpful and still i havent gotten anywhere with it, and he still has not ate lunch or anything yet today.

      I did not receive a receipt even though I requested one and I was overcharged.

      I submitted a mobile order of $21.46 on 4/15/24 during breakfast hours but when I got there at a little after 10:30 am they stated breakfast was over and they could not make my order. I was then told Id have to contact customer service to be refunded. I called the corporate number and was told the store or regional office would refund. I have multiple case numbers with McDonalds corporate office and still no resolution. Case number ********.No call, no email or no refund. I want my money back for food I never received.

      Just saying that people pay all this money for a kids meal and receive a stupid toy that has cards that they don't even give two craps about and it does nothing but have a mess I mean what happened to the figure toys in the Hot Wheels or stuff like that your store or company should not bring a child's toy to something so low like that when the company was open for a child to want their Happy meal for a good toy and sorry excuse of a business
