5 starsthe Horizon restoration company, the whole team works as one group. Each member of the group knows his duties, they does not need to be asking anything, they do everything very responsibly and carefully. I used their services twice. Once I changed the windows. The second time I changed the doors. I am very pleased that I contacted this company, I have already recommended it to several of my friends. That company you can trust.Review fromBrian T

Had Horizon Restoration out to inspect roof and try going through my insurance. The *** kept reassuring me it was a slam dunk that I would get a full approval. It got denied the 1st time and then he said well do a re-inspection and he was going to bring a microscopic camera this time. (Not sure why he didnt bring it the 1st time) The 2nd inspection was also denied and then the *** told me I should switch my insurance provider. I highly ************ this company. *****-***********.

We understand how frustrating the insurance process can be, and our team worked hard to get your claim approved,attending inspections and providing detailed evidence. Unfortunately,insurance adjusters ultimately make the final decision, and in this case, ******** decided your roof was too old for a full replacement.However, ******** did approve your claim for $3,770.16, which could have been used for repairs. When ******** tried to release the payment, you requested them not to. ***** explained that retracting the claim wouldnt increase the likelihood of getting the roof approved in the future given ********* previous decision on the roof.If you have any other questions, please feel free to reach out!Review fromDorothy M

Horizon Restoration company is by far the best company that has done work for me. They did an excellent job with my new roof, siding, gutters and window coverings. Perfect caulking all-around. ******, is top-notch. Provided details of how my claim would be handled, the estimate, explanation of the work, installation and clean up. They completed work in a timely manner, quicker than what I expected. The contractor also came out before and after job completion. If I did not like something ,they fixed it right away. Horizon Restoration are professional, meticulous and take pride in their work. And it shows!! The employees are polite and easy to work with. Focus on customer satisfaction and quality of work is evident and resulted in a highly rated business. This is the company you definitely want to hire! Most importantly, they take time to listen to your needs and make your house beautiful!!! We also had 8 new windows installed from this company- not one issue! I can't speak highly enough of the overall experience I had with Horizon Restoration, especially with my go-to person *****************. They were able to get the entire roof and siding replaced on my coach house through a storm damage claim with my insurance company. They were there every step of the way. *** would stop by frequently to see how everything was going. I was so pleased with the work they did that I hired them to install some new windows, replace the siding and install new gutters on my main building, all of which I happily paid out-of-pocket after receiving a very reasonable quote from them. I would highly recommend them if you need new siding, a new roof, replacement windows or new gutters, whether because of storm damage or just because you're ready to update your property.Horizon Restoration Corp

Horizon Restoration completed the siding for our 5 bedroom 100- year old house and garage. They took off all the old shingles and any rotting wood before installing a beautiful slate blue with white trim traditional vinyl siding. Their pricing was fair and reasonable. When they came on-site to do the work, everyone was professional and worked efficiently. If the weather complied, they were on the job, leaving our homes value up. The also frequently stopped to ask us questions when there was a decision to be made, which made us feel empowered. Overall, I give Horizon Restoration 5 stars.Horizon Restoration Corp

I would like thank everyone at Horizon Restoration for making our roof repair possible. Our insurance initially denied coverage but after re-inspection with Horizon they helped fight for what we deserved and made a roof replacement and brand new gutters a possibility at a time when we were struggling financially.
