      Had a similar experience to others on here . . . borught a bat . . . it shattered and they gave me a voucher for the cost fo the bat. The only thing is that didn't have the bat or any other bat in inventory. So I was basically forced to use the voucher but had to add $100 more to get a bat that was suitable. This is not the way to do business IMO.Their polices just plain ****.

      Dont even deserve 1 star! Paid 450$ for the new whisper. It shattered in a couple months. They gave me a voucher but only allowed to purchase certain bats! The custom bat was 450$ but thats not allowed thru them! 450$ voucher should be good for any bat as long as its not over 450$. **************** woman hung the phone up in my face when trying to ask her to explain to me why my voucher doesnt cover the bat i want when the price of the bat is same as voucher which is same as the whisper I purchased

      My son own a "The Goods" 31/29 BBCOR bat. Three other boys on the team on the exact model. Three of the 4 have failed at the handle junction. Only one has been replaced since he was "lucky" and had it happen within the year warranty. After discovering the epidemic the team was having with this bat I discovered online that this is a major issue with "The Goods" I called customer service and they directed me to their warranty farm online, to only discover I couldn't file due to the bat being out of warranty. I have own Demarini bats, Wilson gloves, Louisville Slugger bats all in the past. I can assure you, if I spent $500 on a bat to use for less than 50 high school baseball games and it isn't backed in good faith, I will not buy another product from this company. Money is tight when it comes to youth sports, and $500 is a big deal.

      Evoshield: I ordered 2 custom straps for the leg guard over 3 months ago. I was not given any shipping information. I finally received one strap and havent received the 2nd strap. *** tried contacting the business and am not getting a response. I paid $50 and cant get a response on when I will receive my item. Terrible customer service!

      I purchased an evo edition basketball. However it wasn't the size I wanted it to be. This is the second time you guys have done this to **** cant use a size 6 ball since its to small for an adult to be using. I don't think I should keep buying from Wilson any longer.

      I would give zero stars if I could! Bought a bat for my son as a Christmas gift. He is 12 (not a significant amount of strength or muscle quite yet) and only used it at the indoor cages since we live in the Midwest and it was snowy and cold. A few months into little use, it snapped. I followed the return instructions and in two months have no status update on the bat and no replacement or refund. I get a different agent each time and have to repeat myself every single time because there is absolutely no notes or communication at this company I guess. I honestly never expected this from this company and cant wait to reach out on a large platform. Based on previous reviews, it seems as though there will be multiple similar stories. Save your money and purchase elsewhere!!!!

      I have coached for 20+ years and my son now plays college baseball. We have been a loyal customer of DeMarini for many years and purchased many bats. Until last year, their bats have been exceptional and we have never had a BBCOR bat break. This year, there is an obvious issue their upper end bat, "The Goods". We purchased 2 DeMarini "The Goods" **** (-3) BBCOR bats ($400+ each) for our son. Both bats broke. One broke after using it for 2 months and the other broke within a week. Both were returned. DeMarini customer service said they could not refund our money nor could they provide the same bat in return for the broken bats. So we agreed to ship a Louisville Slugger Atlas ($299) bat in return. DeMarini shipped us 1 bat and said the Louisville Slugger Atlas **** (-3) is out of stock until 4/25/23. It is 5/4/23 and the Louisville Slugger Atlas **** (-3) is listed as in stock on the Louisville Slugger website, but DeMarini (Wilson owns both DeMarini and Louisville Slugger) said today that it is out of stock. This is ridiculous to pay $400+ for any bat that comes with a warranty, then have to pay $35 to ship it back to them, then have them say we cannot honor our warranty. They have a quality issue and a customer service issue. We went to the ******* CAT X....much more reliable and performs better than the DeMarini.

      My son designed a custom Pink ZOA baseball bat to honor his Grandmother who is a breast cancer survivor. After waiting 5 weeks the bay arrived. When my son opened the bat it had several very visible back and blue paint marks all over the bat. I attempted to clean off the paint and ot would not come off. I took pictures and contacted ********. The response I received from them was it does not affect the performance of the bat so they will not fix their mistake. I asked if there was any way they would make a new one and ship it to my son and we would ship this one back and they said absolutely not.Upon further talks with management I was told that it did not effect the performance of the bat and we could take it or leave it. For ****** plus tax u expect the bay to be flawless upon arrival but the product was far from that. After taking one session of batting practice the grip tape started falling off. I have bought seven bats from demarini in the past and never had this problem. It seems like they no longer stand behind their product. Thanks for helping my son honor his grandmother ********. This will be the last product we purchase from them. If you order a custom bat just know if could show up with several blemishes and flaws and demarini will do nothing to correct there mistake.

      I'm absolutely disappointed with ********'s customer service lately. I have three boys with two in high school and been purchasing Demarini bats for some time, until now!!!! We purchased the red voodoo and returned, due to defective k*** Waited 3 months to be told "not sure when we are getting a replacement". I purchased TWO Voodoo gold for each of my kids, and one broke. Returned and received a voucher for $500. I was told that there is no date to get a replacement. I requested to get the Louisville Atlas and was told the same. I called and spoke to a rep who said the atlas is available if I customize it. Ok, so I go online and customize the Atlas and discovered the code is invalid. I called AGAIN, and was told that the voucher of $500 doesn't work on a custom bat of $318. So I said, I will take the regular orange one. I was told that THERE IS NONE IS STOCK AND UNKNOWN WHEN THE PRODUCTION DATE IS! So, I have a $500 voucher due to Demarini's poor quality product!I want a cheaper bat!Can't use the voucher because it's a custom, but if I pay for it, it's available.I attempt to call corporate and not numbers are working.What is going on???? You guys are making millions for this BS to Occur !!!!!!!!!!!!!Your Truly,Easton/*******

      I purchased the Goods hybrid against my better judgement due to the reviews saying the bat breaks. I sent it back and they did honored the warranty, but my son wants to exchange for the goods which is a cheaper bat. They ended up giving me a voucher to purchase, but the bat he wants is not going to be restocked until May. I have reached out numerous times attempting to pay more money to get a custom bat and never get a response. Whats the deal Wilson? I appreciate the warranty was honored, but would like a bat my son can use this season. I dont want to be told just sign up for notify me when it is back in stock. Do better.
