Ordered a baseball glove for my son on the website. I checked out as a guest and paid via PayPal. I received no e-mail confirmation so I inquired via the Wilson website Q&A. I was told that they could see that I had made an order but couldn't find the details and blamed me for checking out as a guest. End of story, no refund. Figuring I would call and sort that one out, I ordered a second glove, this time after creating an account. Glove showed up a month later (after having been promised in 2 weeks), no documentation in the box, and well after I had purchased a different glove elsewhere. Navigated the horribly designed website to do a return and am now hoping that they acknowledge receipt and refund my money. Then I'll only have to chase them for one payment, not two. I ordered a custom glove for my son because this his his last year in ************ I ordered it on January 12th 2023. When I ordered it the website said 6 to 8 weeks. I figured he would be a few weeks into the season when he would get it. About 4 weeks since the order was placed I took a look on their website to see where my order was at. it said May 9th 2023. I almost fell over so I called their customer line and spoke to someone. The person I spoke to knew nothing about where the order was at but assured me 4 months was not correct and that should get it between the 6 to 8 weeks. It is not the start of week 9 and nothing. I called and asked again and now they are telling me March 28th is the delivery date but still could not tell me anything. I am so disappointed because my son is going to play at ************** on the 17th of March and should of had his new glove. I chose Wilson over other companies thinking I would not have this issue and here I am.Wilson Sporting Goods Co

Hello,Per the custom glove supervisor, an unforeseen high demand of orders for custom gloves came in right after the holidays which created a huge backlog. ********** were changed from 6-8 weeks to approximately *************************************************** shipping times. DONT ORDER A THING FROM WILSON!!! Dont buy anything from Wilson. They took weeks to process my order, didnt return any emails inquiring why my order had not shipped. I finally get my order with NO packing slip and a shirt is missing. I call thinking someone took it from the box ( that was damaged) and they say they didnt ship it. AGAIN, no email to let me know- zero communication. I just called now about my missing shirt and they say they will refund me ** now theyre out of stock again?????Order from eleven by *****. I ordered a Custom glove for Christmas on 12/19/22 it said 6-8 weeks for custom orders. It is 2/22/23 still havent received no info on this order and they are telling me it will be delivered 4/9/23. That is way more than 6-8 weeks. I shouldve just went to a sports store and just got my daughter one of their gloves, she just wanted it personalized. Ive give zero if possible. Placed order for Wilson NXT string (#***** from 1/8/23). Received email confirmation that definitely screamed scam (typos and poor English). I asked for them to cancel my order immediately and no charge my credit card which they replied they couldnt do. **** once credit card payment was processed theyd fill the order and send shipping details. I have not received any further communication from them. Today, I sent an email (using the same email address as my earlier communication with them) requesting an update. My email was returned stating address not found. Stay clear of this company!! I have disputed the charge with my credit card company.Wilson Sporting Goods Co

On November 27th I placed an order for a customized basketball for my son for Christmas. In my order confirmation I was told 14 to 16 days for shipping. As it got closer to Christmas I noticed the order kept saying processing so I started calling. I was told that my order wouldnt be shipped until probably December 27th because it takes 3 to 4 weeks. I tried explaining that I was never previously informed of a 3 to 4 week timeframe and especially when I ordered it didnt say that. If it had I would not have placed the order. After several calls and emails I found out Wilson changed the timeframe supposedly a day after I ordered. However they failed to notify me!! I was assured though that they would try to ************** before Christmas since I wasnt aware. On December 22nd after numerous emails back and worth a customer service representative, *****, informed me my order would DEFINITELY SHIP that night (overnighted) and I would receive it on December 23rd. That did not happenI am appalled that ***** blatantly lied to me! So on the 23rd we get a partial refund (thats appreciated but I didnt ask for) AND my order says COMPLETE and under Shipping it says 0 So at this point with it saying Complete I have no clue whats going on. Did they cancel the order? If its showing complete in the system but no shipping information it sure sounds like it!! I am completely disappointed in Wilson. Will never order from their website again! I am upset something I ordered in November for Christmas still has no delivery date and its December 26th now. I placed an order on a Friday and was billed for the items ordered. However, I never got a confirmation. After several attempt to inquire, I was told that they have no record of me ordering despite being billed. They made some outlandish reasons including "security fraud hold, incorrect billing info, to insufficient funding." To make matter worst that they suggested for me to call my bank and request for a refund instead. After investigating this company, I've read several complaints with the exact issues from BBB.
