    Dispute with Cox Business WTC from ****** **. came to office Oct., 2022 they are installing business phone and internet in area.Told them when they get close to completing the installation let ** know Called *** October 2022 if we moved to WTC would there be any termination costs.Told we had a 5 years contract, expired Dec. 01, 2020 no cost to terminate December, 2022, WTC will ne ready for business in February 2023 Called *** December 13, 2022 to confirm no cost to terminate March 2023 agreed to move services to WTC March 3, 2023 Called *** 3-3-23 talked to ******************* ** no termination cost, need to send back to *** a piece of equipment. Said to take to ******* sent equip.--Device # ************ April 7, 2023 received e-mail from *** we owed $1,376.31, early termination costs Called *** 4-10-23 talked to ************* he said no termination cost, expired Dec. 1, 2020. Said there is another piece of equip to returned.Said he would send notification to Retention Depart. asked for confirmation # . Said there is no number, he would send now He said to call back in a week Found piece of equip send *** device # *************** Called *** *******. Told her about conversation with ******. Said nothing was sent to the Retention Depart. from ******. He should have given me a confirmation #. ****** did not send anything.Told her conversations. She gave me Confirmation # KSR000013112819. Should know something in a few days.Told 3rd piece of equip. needs to be sent. This is the 3 piece requested, 3 separate times. *** 3 piece device --#*************** Rec. email 4-19-23 from ***. States we had a 5-year contract. Auto Renewable. Which if I understand Auto Renewable, --Lifetime contract. Complaint we contacted *** numerous times no Termination Cost. Numerous times no Termination Costs *** says Life-time contract. Not sure anyone we'd sign a Life-time contract.Request to have *** show Zero balance, Close account.
