Charged Double Copays. My daughter was seen at a well now for a possible broken finger. The facility told me they didn't have x-ray personal and gave me a "fast pass" to come back the following day for an x-ray. Was told there wouldn't be another copay charged as long as I had the pass. Started receiving bills in the mail for the 2nd copay that I was not supposed to be charged. Contacted well now 3 different times as I kept receiving bills. Was told each time to disregard the bill. Just got a bill from a collection agency that well now sold my account to. Attempted to call well now for them to fix THEIR mistake and the representative refused to allow me to talk to a supervisor or management. The representative said he couldn't even pull up why she was seen because her whole chart got sent to the collection agency, which violated all of her HIPPA information. I'm honestly not sure how there aren't more complaints filled about them but seriously hope the BBB looks into them for selling medical information and scamming patients.WellNow Urgent Care

I scheduled a sick appointment for my son at 1:45 p.m for a 6:20 p.m appointment and had to pick him up from school cause he wasn't feeling better yet. We arrived at Wellnow at 5:50 p.m I received a text messaged that said please reply with a "A" when you've arrived so I did and came in and sat down and received a messaged that said thank you for checking in so about a half hour goes bye and I walk up to the receptionist and she's said no you should of came and told me you was here you could of already been seen and gone in a very rude manner asked what pharmacy we used we told her then we sat back down. So then another hour passes by we was called back up only to be told to leave cause the provider wasn't seeing anybody else with government health insurance only *** pays. I said what do you mean and the time was 7:20 p.m and she's said the people that paid can only see the provider you will have to come back tomorrow nobody with caresource will be seen tonight. So I asked for a school note and she's said no you didn't see the provider he isn't going to write one.WellNow Urgent Care

This urgent care used two different billing codes for my visit resulting in an additional $50 out of pocket for me. Never had any issues with urgent care visits until I went to this location for the first time. Been on the phone for 2 hours and still do not have a resolution.WellNow Urgent Care

Frustrating Experience with WellNow's Billing and Customer Service:I recently had a very disappointing and frustrating experience with WellNow that I feel compelled to share. After receiving healthcare services in April 2023, I was surprised to receive a bill in October 2023 that did not reflect my insurance coverage at the time of service. Despite my several attempts to resolve this issue by asking WellNow to bill my insurance correctly, the situation was mishandled, leading to unnecessary stress and confusion. When I received a notice giving me 30 days to address the bill, it was shockingly sent to collections in just nine days, contrary to the notice's timeframe. This ***** action left me bewildered, especially since I was actively seeking to rectify the situation. To make matters worse, my attempts to communicate with WellNow's customer service were met with extreme rudeness. On multiple occasions, representatives hung up on me, when I asked to speak to their supervisor. I was told that they were trained in such a way that customers with accounts sent to collections "should not be helped." This approach to customer service is unacceptable and not what one would expect from a healthcare provider.I reached out in good faith to resolve a billing issue, only to be met with resistance and discourtesy at every turn. This experience has not only caused me unnecessary anxiety but has also shaken my trust in WellNow's billing practices and customer ****************************** needs to reevaluate their customer service and billing processes. Healthcare should be a sector where compassion and understanding prevail, not one where patients are left feeling helpless and mistreated.WellNow Urgent Care

Came in and the two receptionists said to scan a bar code. When I told them I was having trouble with the form online on my phone she just resent it to my phone and told me that was my only option. As I asked questions the one lady was annoyed and continued to try to get me to basically remove myself from the front. The other male receptionist was decent enough to explain things. I had preregistered at 4:30 still havent been seen and it is 6:44! They called my phone to come in only to be put in another waiting room and then the actual room all to wait!! Its one thing to be understaffed and respectful but its quite another to deal with attitudes AND a crazy amount of wait time. Whats the point of setting an appointment or registering prior!?? This is one of the worst urgent care visits ever.WellNow Urgent Care

The 2 receptionist at desk to sign in were talking to each other when I arrived. Told me to scan bar code to register and sign in. I had to do all the paperwork myself and they sat there talking. Had trouble with the app to sign in, they would not help and said put 0's there as any answer. I said way am I doing you job and the Dr can out to yell at me for talking to them. Needless to say wee ended up getting less than good care at the Weelnow in ************, **. and was told maybe you'll have to go to an emergency room.WellNow Urgent Care

**************** and phone service were below average. I called this location directly because I was told in person that I had negative results but then received texts messages for discharge days later saying to follow medication instructions. I did not receive any medication instructions so I wanted to call and clarify. The woman who answered the phone ignored me for 5 minutes while I could here everything going on in the background and then hung up. I am still unsure if I have strep throat.WellNow Urgent Care

poorly run 'clinic' that offers telehealth video conferencing. Sick for a week trying to get a test to see whats wrong with me, kept buying televideo calls. But no help. Today i find out they dont even do blood draws. I could have died trying to get a service they are too sloppy to tell me they may not provide.WellNow Urgent Care
