1 starNegative stars. I purchased 2 vacuums. One was barely used and broke. I sent it back and have been waiting for a month. No one will help, I call everyday. I am currently on hold for over an hour.They tell me same thing EVERYDAY but have just basically lied.Oh, and now the alleged replacement will not have the full warranty. This is not good I have spent way too much money to be treated like this. Absolutely no customer service. This company is a joke.Please help!Review fromRachel H

1 starThe worst customer service I have ever experienced. My Dyson airwrap has completely stopped working and I have 15 months of my warranty left. **************** is not only rude, but they are refusing to even simply fix my device. Im not even asking for a brand new one. Just for them to uphold their promise with fixing a device in the 2 year window they guarantee when you buy their products. They are telling me to provide proof of purchase when my serial number, registration date, etc. is all on my Dyson account. Im not expecting a $600 tool to go out in less than 2 years so I do not have my paper receipt from Ulta on me. They are completely refusing to help me due to this despite all other proof of me owning my device and registration. Horrific company that makes way too much money to have such shady and slimy business practices.Review fromalana P

1 starI tried to call the support line during their listed hours, but only got a message saying they were unavailable. This is after exhausting their online support options. Online, there is also a message stating that their support line is experiencing longer wait times; however, this message is always there so I'm pretty sure that is just a lie.I would like to exercise my warranty after receiving a faulty vacuum, but have been having a very difficult time getting any support. The online support seems to only recommend purchasing replacement parts myself, even though the parts should be covered under warranty. It seems they are trying their hardest to avoid speaking to customers and I think business practice should not be allowed.Review fromCatina S

1 starI am the mist of filing a lawsuit against Dyson due to poor customer service, lack of leadership and clarity, and overall incompetent behavior. For 8months I have been without the proper use of my vacuum. I've owned 3 Dyson Animal vacuums, and NEVER encountered any issues. The devices eventually were replaced and I bought the newer version of the Dyson Animal vacuums. Never any issues.However, this last pur have was disastrous. The most serious of my problems occured at the beginning of 2024. The Dyson Animal 2 is suppose to have the most powerful suction of any vacuum on this planet. When my device returned to me the suction was so weak it could not pick up hair, shredded paper, not even uncooked oatmeal. Every week, and almost every day I would either call or use the chat box and tell Dyson about this is**** Everytime they'd tell me to send the vacuum to *********** ** for repair. Everytime I recieved my vacuum my same device issues remained. It became apparent that my device was not being serviced but simply returned back to and the repairmen typing/stating the device works fine. I complained almost daily. My device has a warranty.My complaints have been consistent, ongoing, and annoyingly unresolved. Dyson then began to replace part of my vacuum with parts from a different Dyson Animal 2. They said the parts I need are not available. That was a year ago. Just yesterday I recieved my same old vacuum without the issues being resolved. AGAIN, WEEKLY I tell Dyson what's going on...the reps promise either a fixed or new vacuum. They've never resolved the issues and I intend to **** It seems there is a dialog the reps do/say and the issue never gets resolved. The Dyson team does not call the consumer back. They've never called me back EVER! They don't follow through and investigate and I am still presently in the same position I was in when I started complaining. 1 starDyson vacuums are very expensive. They promise excellent product along with excellent customer service; however, they do not deliver. I have been in touch with their customer service since March regarding a broken part renderingthe vacuum unusable; so far, no satisfaction. Dyson is not worth the expensive price.Review fromRuth K

1 starNegative stars. I have been trying to return a filter that did not fit my machine, despite the fact that I provided all the correct information, including serial number for my machine. All the correct information was provided in the return form on Dyson.com I have received three separate emails from Dyson each asking me to repeat the information provided (name, address, phone, order number) and "please reply to this email. Once we receive your reply we will assist you. If you have any further questions please reply to this email." I have replied multiple times, more than 20 emails. NO ONE EVER REPLIES. They also ask me for 'consent' to return?!?! This is not a marriage just a simple return!! In searching ****** for any information on an address for return you only find pages and pages of Dyson.com. Pretty deliberate, I think.Phone may take an hour or longer on hold. Chat didn't even work for me.My filter was sent without any paper work. The return address was in care of a *** center in **********. ie: NO TRACE I strongly feel that Dyson has no intention of fulfilling their 30 day warranty for parts or any other warranty. (read the reviews below!!) Their 'customer service' is a fraud at best. I am out $29.95 plus tax. Other people are out much more money. In my almost 65 years, this is absolutely the worst and most frustrating 'customer service' I have ever ********************************** products are expensive. 2 years ago when I purchased my machine I had great customer service. The move to ********* seems sketchy at best.Please let the public know, in any way possible that Dyson IS NOT AN HONEST COMPANY TO DEAL WITH. Thank you.*******************Review fromSharon J

1 starDyson is so insane and so extremely difficult to deal with despite how populr their company name is. I ordered a vacuum in April 2024 and i kept waiting for the item. Never got the item. Kept filing complaints to Dyson as i waited for a month to have the item sent to me. Then i told them i wanted a refund. But they refused to give my money back until they got the item back from the delivery company. HOW IS THIS THE CUSTOMERS FAULT?! I have waited another 6wks and still have not gotten my money. If i dont get my money back in 2wks i will file a frud complaint against this company. Insanity Oh, to make it worse, every time i call Dysons help desk i am placed on hold for 40-50mins just to be told to wait for MY money. For 2months i have been out $600 for no reason. 1 star0 stars. Terrible customer service. I ordered an $1100 cordless vacuum. It was supposed to be delivered by Friday, May 31. *** stopped updating on the morning of May 31. I waited till Monday, June 3 to call ***. They told me to contact Dyson because the package was considered lost, and the only way for them to investigate is with the initiation from the seller. So I contacted Dyson right after contacting *** on Monday. They said they will contact the correct department to take care of my lost delivery, and they will contact me by Wednesday, June 5. Nobody contacted me on June 5, so I reached out to Dyson. The Dyson agent assured me that they are in contact with ***, and to wait till Saturday June 8 for a resolution / communication from them. On Saturday I contacted ***, and they told me the seller has not contacted them, and Dyson did not contact me yet again. So i contacted Dyson again. They told me, rest assured, it will be resolved by Tuesday, June 11, and that I will never have to contact them again because she was elevating the ticket to a higher authority. Today nobody contacted me. I checked with *** again and Dyson still had no contact with them. I contacted Dyson and asked for a refund, which they did not want to address until I asked for it over and over. They then said they will give me a refund only when they get the machine back from ***, but they won't even contact *** to get me the vacuum in the first place. I asked for a supervisor, but the agent refused, saying supervisors are not available and refused to give me any contact information. When I kept asking, he finally told me a higher up will contact me within 48 hours. I want my refund back, but I don't think Dyson is going to try to get the machine back just so they don't have to give me a refund. I don't know how to get this refund back.Review fromMonze S

1 starOn May 25 I reached out about a price match, they honored it, they said wait 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect, okay great, then I wait that time frame no money, okay no problem let me reach out, I reach out they say, its not the same thing, okay I guess I got too excited to see a drop in price that I provided incorrect picture, but that doesn't change the fact that they confirmed it was approved and CONFIRMED i would get my refund within those 5-7 business days. I kept reaching out asking for a manager STILL COULD NOT HONOR even thought this was THEIR mistake, one of the agents did try which I appreciate him so much for trying but the manager? she still couldn't just honor it, I understand each company has their policies but once you say you issued a refund and will honor that's their flaw not mine. I ended up returning the dyson and prefer to buy it somewhere else where I know they will still honor a price match and not be so picky about things, their customer service is so horrible they don't even try.
