      Purchased a vacuum from them online. The vacuum was stolen in transit. Over a month later, Dyson will still not give me my money back despite the *** tracking info indicating that the item was stolen in transit.

      I purchased a Dyson hair dryer and used it once or twice a week. However, after a year, the button broke, and the machine stopped working. I contacted Dyson customer service to troubleshoot the issue, but they were unable to fix it. They offered to replace it with a different color because they no longer had the original color available. It took a week for them to send me a shipping label due to system issues, which forced me to call them again to get a reference number for delivery. I shipped the machine back and waited two weeks without receiving any confirmation or email. I then called Dyson, and they were unable to locate the machine. After visiting *** to obtain the tracking number, I discovered that the machine had been delivered a week earlier. **************** assured me they would resolve the issue within ***** hours, but a week later, I had still not received any communication. I contacted them again, only to be informed that there was no update on my case. It's been over six weeks, and I still haven't received a replacement. My experience with Dyson has been incredibly stressful and frustrating, leading me to believe that the company might be stalling. I would not recommend this company anymore.

      I ordered a Dyson air purifier / humidifier 2 1/2 years ago with a 2 year warranty that expired on 1/31/24. During the 2 years of operation, the pump column had to be replaced twice.During February of 2024 the pump column failed again.I contacted Dyson to obtain a new one (and was willing to pay for the part). I was told that they would send me a new pump column for free (they called it a one timr warranty exception).In March, I contacted Dyson to check the status of the shipment. I was informed that the pump column was not in stock, but would be notified when it was received / shipped.During my call a month ago, I was also told they would send me an entire refurbished unit.As of today, 5/30/24, I still have not received the pump column or refurbished unit.During my call today, I was informed that both items were not in stock. They also told me that my unit has been out of warranty for 3 months (even though I first contacted them in February) so my only option was to continue waiting for the pump column or refurbished unit to become available. They were not willing to exchange units.I spent ~$900 on the unit and it has been sitting in my living room gathering dust while I continue to get the same run around from Dyson.This has been the worst customer service experience I have encountered in my 65 years.I would not recommend Dyson on my worst enemy (if I had one).

      Purchased 2 humidifier purifiers they are defective and should be recalled By ***** days when a cleaning needs to be done the humidifier does not work anymore. They do not warranty it after 30 days I paid !700-1000 dollars for each one . They send you other models that have the same issue and refuse To refund knowing the problem I sent machines and forth same problem. I never got the chance to use them they were defective and always being shipped. From December 2020 until now thats how longthey drag it out instead of satisfying a customer and their was calls emails Troubleshooting. I shipped back august 2023 they sent me the label and they said box came empty! The other machine I have is in its original box as always waiting to be picked up they are a disgusting company with poor customer service we have Covid copd allergies and we need a u it that will work. Let everyone know how bad this company is and they do t stand by their product and take care of a customer nothing they sell is cheap prices are outrageous!

      Let me start by saying, I love my Dyson vacuum. Unfortunately, after 1.5 years the wand broke. It was still under warranty, so I reached out to Dyson customer service and was told a new wand would be covered under warranty, but it was currently out of stock, and I should call back in 2 weeks. I did so and was told the product was still out of stock, and I should call back in a week because it would be back in stock by then. Again, I contacted customer service by "chat" and was told, because I had waited so long, they would replace my current vacuum with a new machine. Great! Fantastic! I was told, after "chatting for 90 minutes" if I would send in my current vacuum and then call back with the tracking number, they would expedite and release my replacement machine immediately. And so I did. To be told that wasn't the way they did things and I would have to wait 7 to 14 days for my vacuum to be inspected and then a replacement machine would be sent. I asked to speak to a supervisor and none was available. I was told the concern team would reach out to me very soon. After 5 days of waiting for someone to have a concern, I again called and actually spoke to a customer service representative who said, although my machine was received, it had not yet been processed, and therefore a new machine had not yet been sent. As of today, I will have to wait an additional 10 to 14 business days to receive a vacuum. I have currently been without a vacuum cleaner for 4 weeks. It will be an additional two weeks, at least, before I have one again. And that's only if I believe them after being lied to, mislead, and gaslighted for a month. For a company who wants to make their service "iconic", their customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

      No stars! Purchased Airstrait straightener on 5/11/24, received 5/14/24. Used on 5/17/24 and it is so heavy I about broke my hand trying to use it. Contacted Dyson on 5/18/24 for refund, got nice email "we will send you a label". Crickets. I replied to their email twice asking "where is my label?" so I can send this thing and the free gift back. Crickets. Tried chat this morning (5/24/24) and they said give them 24 hours to send label. Really? In this day and age? On Amazon I can get a label instantaneously. Bet I won't get a label and will have to pursue them so I can send the product and free gift back. Probably end up filing a credit card dispute to get their attention. Will never even consider purchasing a Dyson product again. Worst customer service ever.

      Ordered dyson product online from the official dyson site (**************************************) and bought set of hair dryer on May 5, 2024. AT the time of order it said 7 business days. But it has been 2 weeks now and the order is still in processing state and has not been shipped yet. This is very very bad customer experience

      We purchased two humidifiers PH03's last year and this year. They don't work. They have been replaced twice and still no resolution. Customer support is not trained in engineering issues. It is an expensive mistake to the tune of $2,000.00. These 2+2 humidifiers we cannot get operating to actually humidify. We have pictures of them side-by-side with two different humidity readings and they are both off by ***** degrees. Always reading from ***** percent!!!! Therefore, no water leaves their tanks. We placed three different manufacturer humidity readers and they all were within one degree of each other. The hours spent with customer service has been huge, including sending units back. When an attempt was made to talk with a Supervisor on 05/15/2024 we were put on hold with check-ins for over an half hour and no Supervisor ever took the call. The Dyson Community cannot recommend what can be done either and both units are out of the 30-day warranty period....just two year warranty. What now?????

      Review for Dyson **************** I contacted ********************** customer service 14 times over the last two months, speaking with a representative each time. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely frustrating. The representative repeatedly put me on hold and then hung up on me. The only non-automated email response I received was from a supervisor who asked the team to assist me, but I never received any further responses. It feels like they are hoping I'll give up. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable and disappointing from a company like Dyson.

      Worst customer service experience I've had in a long time!I enjoyed my Dyson Air Purifier it when it was WORKING. But the experience Ive had outside of that.smh It worked flawlessly for about 7 months, then wouldnt take a new filter I worked with **************** to troubleshoot, then they said, send it back, well fix it. THAT took almost near 3 weeks Now, roughly 8 months later, Im having the same problem, and they say Okay, well send you another model.that was 2 weeks ago. They received the broken one via *** on 5/2, and still cant even provide me with a *** tracking number for the new one Im supposed to be receiving. I call to get an update and get told that it will take ***** business days for me to even get a tracking number????? I asked to escalate because the customer service rep just kept repeating the same thing over and over. I've now been waiting over 2 hours for a supervisor call that I was supposed to receive "within 30 minutes". At this point, the *name* Dyson is doing all of the heavy lifting for this company because the machines are faulty and the customer service is trash. If you have a choice, buy something else.
