      I ordered a product online on April 23, 2024 which had a scheduled delivery of April 26, 2024. It is now May 7 and it still has not arrived. Dyson has an online "Estimated Delivery" website which gives a "SHIPPING HISTORY". This shows that the product arrived in *******, ** on April 25 and has been sitting there till May 6 with the message each day from when it arrived in *******: "DEL RESCHED - NO DEL ATTEMPT". I believe that this is due to the use of a cheap delivery service called GLS which does not have regular service from *******, ** to ********, ** where I live (a distance that can be driven in 7 hours). GLS, apparently, is unable or unwilling to transfer the product to *** or ****** BUYER, BEWARE OF BUYING FROM DYSON IF YOU LIVE OTHER THAN IN A MAJOR CITY!

      Ordered a Dyson Airwrap less than a month ago and it crapped out on me. *** tried contacting customer support multiple times and they take forever to answer despite their 1-2 minute wait time. When I finally got through to a representative, he put me on hold before hanging up. I tried the chat feature and it took over half an hour to connect me to an agent before the promptly ended the conversation without even talking to me. I will be returning this garbage machine and will never buy from this company again. I wish I could give them zero stars.

      Slowest and worst customer service **************** old vacuum just stopped working.Part has been out of stock for months, no signs of it anytime soon. Still selling the vacuum I bought, so they clearly have the parts, they just don't want to use them for warranty issues.

      I bought and returned a hair air wrap within the 30 days and I still havent seen my refund. I have called them various time and they tell me that they have received it and that I should be getting my refund within 7-10 days. I have emails where they tell me they have received the item and my refund is processing. Its been 3 months since I returned. So I am ****** down on my bank account I am so disappointed because they seem to tell you what you want to hear and nothing is being done ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. The thing is I have emails reference numbers and still nothing

      WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY LIFE! WAS TOLD MY MACHINE WAS UNDER WARRANTY, NOT UNDER WARRANTY, UNDER WARRANTY, WOULD REPLACE, WOULD NOT REPLACE ALL IN A MONTH'S TIME! NEVER ****!

      Would not recommend. Terrible customer service. I received an email that my product had shipped and I'd receive the tracking number for *** (they also activated my warranty despite me not having the product). After not receiving anything, I called Dyson. **************** gave me a tracking number and said they had no additional information and I had to take it up with ***. I kept checking the tracking number with no delivery date set. I contacted *** who told me that they did not have the product and I needed to take it up with Dyson. I contacted Dyson AGAIN. This time, I was told that the product was in the warehouse and hadn't shipped yet but that it should ship soon (they couldn't explain the email indicating shipment or the activation of my warranty). When I still didn't have a delivery date, I contacted Dyson a third time and asked to speak to a supervisor. I was told a supervisor would call me back. No return call. I called Dyson a fourth time and asked to speak to a supervisor; instead the representative escalated my case, told me that the tracking number was wrong, that escalations was working on my case and I'd get a "new" tracking number shortly. He then kept repeating that they were still within the "delivery window" when - as I told him - the problem is that I've had to call Dyson customer service 4 times to get 4 different answers, not to mention the inaccurate emails. Terrible experience and still don't know when / if I'll receive the vacuum (and based on other reviews, I may need customer service after receiving it). Very much regretting my decision to purchase from Dyson.

      Nightmare Worst Experience of my life customer service Always say the same thing you never get no were i have deal with it for 3 years now took my money though with no problem will never recommend to any one.

      I returned both a remote to a Dyson Heater and the Dyson filter because the unit was defective and was told to return both for full credit. Credit was issued for the remote in the amount of $42.08, but never issued for the filter. I was told that while *** May have returned it a credit couldnt be issued because they couldnt find it. I provided the reference number for the filter, but am consistently being told no refund will be issued. Strange since they provided the information for both returns and both the remote and the filter were processed by *** at the same time. I really would like to get my $69 refund

      Have spent more than 6 months working with customer care on a warranty issue. Only to get different answers every time like your machine is shipped and then I would contact them and be told oh that machine is out of stock. Mind you they have had my product that I own for over two months. This is the briefest summary of all the awfulness going back and forth back and forth with them. And the replacement is not what we agreed upon.

      Already have the curler and straightener. Decided to get the dryer. First use, hated it. Initiated return within a week of receiving it. They have emailed back and forth now for 10 days, asking the same questions. Figured Id call them. Hassle free returns right?! **************** says theyll email me a label. Nope. No label. Nothing. Not to mention I told her whats going on and her response was that as long as were within the return period, we should be good. So basically, if its not, it wont matter that I initiated it so quickly. Pretty sure they are just waiting until they dont have to accept the return. I have used everything Dyson always. Hair, vacuum, fans. This is a huge turn off of their products.
