    i was penalized with a $400 insurance fee for not having the correct coverage on my new vehicle. after realizing i had the wrong type of insurance, i quickly (same day) changed the policy on my insurance and contacted numark immediately to get this resolved. i had to call in 4 separate times to speak to different representatives all about the status of this insurance fee situation. each representative assured me that once i submit proof of new insurance that i would receive a refund for the huge insurance fee on my account. i finally called in today to get an update and was told i will not be getting a refund. i was completely lied to by these representatives. no claim number, or confirmation email ever seemed to exist for this case either. this is and extremely scammy practice that needs to be addressed. completely dissatisfied with this company

    Vehicle loans require full coverage proof of insurance and if one isn't provided within a specified period of time, we must apply insurance to the loan. Once proof of insurance is received, we can reimburse the cost which we were happy to do in this instance. Thank you for sharing your experience with us so we can constantly improve.
