      I bought a liner from this seller but very soon became clear that the product was very poor quality, when I contacted them and tell them the problem (water was leaking) they didn't accept the claim and wanted me to buy another liner of the same poor quality, they didn't want to make a refund of the money; in top of that I paid more than a thousand dollars to install the liner and they don't want to be responsible for that either.

      I am so sorry you had a less-than happy experience with your pool liner. I do see that you do have a defect in the liner, but the order is not recent. Can you please provide your original order number and the amount you were prorated for the liner replacement? I will review this for you and see if we can offer a greater discount for a replacement.

      I am rejecting this response because: The quality of your products is VERY poor, I do not want any replacement, what I want is my money back and in top of that I want the money I paid to install the liner (see check attached), Give me my money!

      We have reviewed your order and photos and claims, and we see that this liner was ordered a year and a half ago, not recently. Also, based on your photos, you do not have a defective product, as your photos depict a seam tear not a seam separation. Only seam separations in liners are considered a manufacturer defect. We made an exception to our policies and still honored this as if it were a true defect in order to ***** you a discount for a replacement. This was a courtesy on behalf of our company, and was offered to help you get a discounted replacement and to keep you in the LinerWorld family. According to our policies, seam tears (a tear near the seam of a liner) is not a defect. Also, your photos show misuse of the liner, as there is bleaching due to chemical imbalance, which can affect the integrity of the liner. Still, we offered you a discounted replacement as a courtesy. You do not qualify for a refund of any sort. Also, installation or any other related costs are not covered under the pool liner warranty, as the warranty is a product warranty only, and only covers the cost of the product only in the form of a replacement or a discount, depending on your purchase date. You were provided a copy of this warranty in the box with your pool liner, and warranty details are available on our website to view before, during, and after the purchase process. If you did not agree to the terms of this warranty, you had 90 days to return your unused pool liner. Again, the damage to your pool liner is not covered under warranty, as you do not have a seam separation, but our company went outside of our policies to make an exception for you. The warranty is prorated from your purchase date, which you purchased this liner a year and a half ago, and you no longer qualify for a refund. Based on your purchase date and the terms of our warranty, you qualify for a severely discounted replacement, which we have offered you.
