  I ordered a 27' beaded pool liner and a skimmer basket for my pool. I received it in excellent condition and couldn't be any happier with the quality and the way it looked after it was installed.   The customer service is amazing!! I will be doing business with liner world from here on out. They were so quick to ship ** out a new liner that we tried to install yesterday. The best customer service I've worked with in a long time thank you so much to the employee that helped ** so much!!!! You rock!!!

  I ordered a 27 foot overlap liner from liner world in March.less then week ago we had the liner installed. Two days ago, we tried to have the pool filled by a water company. The company immediately said the liner looks too small for your pool.I said its a 27foot pool, and its a 27foot liner.Only managed to get about a foot of water into the pool, the liner pulled in on one side,the whole side of the pool buckled, And the liner tore and pulled in not all the way on the other side. I have contacted liner world many times. They insist that because the weather was at 80that thats why the liner didnt stretch enough My pool installer has been doing this for 20+ years . He has installed pool and liners for the last two months and 60weather without any issue. We measured the bottom of the liner and it is too short for a 27foot pool. Which is why the sides pulled down and pulled in. There was only about 4inches of overlap on the sides.The liner is supposed to fit a 54inch wall, mine is only 52. Had it been 54 there would have been no overlap to hold the liner up. I am very disappointed with the customer service that I have received this far. I have asked for a full refund, And replacement liner that is actually the right size even if that means sending me a 28 foot liner if their measurements are off. The item needs to be opened and measured before they send it I have already had to pay the installer to install one liner. Now Im going to have to pay him to install a second liner. I also already had to pay for the foot of water that the water company brought,Im going to have to pump out of the pool. I have asked many times for the same result and made right.Hopefully I can get some attention and some action. You cannot conduct my business this way And expect people to roll over and take it. I spent almost $500 on this liner and wasted $800 on a installer and 150 on water. I am$1400 in the hole with nothing to show for it, but a buckled Pool, and a tore liner.

  The liner that I had purchased was cut a foot short in diameter, this was not specified on the web site. Due to the diameter of the liner beginning to small for my pool it collapsed the sides not once but twice. I had to drain my pool on three separate occasions. I had called and expressed my concern for this, and the representative told me that there was nothing that they could do, even though I had followed the installation instructions to the letter. Now I have a pool that has severely creased sides and bent rails. I had asked if they could send me the next sizes up for my troubles, and they said that it would not fit. I will never shop at this place ever again.
