    My car was towed thru AAA towing service on December 5th. Big tow was the company AAA sent out to tow the car. At the time of tow my calibers was broken off my car from tow negligence. My car set at the shop it was towed to on December 5th until December 16. During the time my car was at the shop I was waiting on the shop to call in let me know wat the problem was because the car was towed because it was not starting up. I never received a call I had to call the shop to get an update. When I called they told me they couldnt find the problem in that I will have to send it to another shop. On December 16th my car was towed to another shop where I was then contacted by the mechanic who had received the car in was told my brake calibers was hanging to the ground. He also sent pictures. When I contacted the shop it had just came from I was told that when it was towed on December 5th thats when the damages was done. I have contacted AAA in put in a complaint in was told I would receive a call in 5 days which I never did.And that I needed to get an estimate of damages which I have done . I have reached out both to ********* Tow and nothing has been done neither has anyone reached out. My car is still at the shop left Damage with no resolution from neither AAA or Big Tow. My frustration is at a all time high I keep reaching out to Big Tow and all Im getting is the dispatch telling me he forward my messages in information to the manger to contact me which he still have not done.

    The vehicle was towed by our facility at 12-5-23, We towed the vehicle from one repair shop to another since the first shop could not complete the repairs, The vehicle was previously disassembled before we towed it. There is nothing that would indicate the calipers would come off from a normal tow. The caliper is on the rotor inside of the wheel secured by bolts to the caliper bracket that would connect to the wheel assembly. The caliper would not come off without these bolts being removed from the wheel assembly. Therefore our driver could not have caused the damages being claimed. Members vehicle was partially worked on at the shop we delivered it too, Considering the car was there for a week and half since we towed it. We also reached out to the shop that the vehicle was delivered to we spoke to ***** from the shop that we delivered the vehicle to also mentioned that the damage seemed to be pre existing and also mentioned that the vehicle was towed to him from a shop that could not complete the repairs on the vehicle. Our company did not damage the vehicle.

    I am rejecting this response because: When I spoke with the mechanic from Amerimex that my car was towed to on 12/5/2023 he told me the driver was there over an hour trying to get the car off the tow truck. And that because my car could not go into neutral because there was no power coming from the car in order for it to even move in the 1st place. The mechanic also told me that he had warn the driver that if the car was forced off the tow bed it could cause damages which it did. I have had direct communication with the auto shop who couldnt fix the car at the 1st shop. Like I stated I did not know that my back calibers was broken off until it made it to another shop in that mechanic called to inform me and also sent pictures.

    I was recently fired from Big Tows because of a warranty battery complaint with a customer who has been having issues with the company for over a year trying to get the battery replaced since it was put in their vehicle. The reason why I was terminated is when I tested the battery the test came up bad and the customers son took a picture of the battery test and when that happened I left the call when my boss called me I didnt tell them about the picture because I didnt wanna get more involved or in the middle of it as I was. But my bosses ended finding out of course because of the customers complaint and the went off on me told me to bring the truck back and that I was fired.This is also not the first time I have ran into these customers who have dealt with this companys behavior when its comes to the warranty.

    I was under paid and over worked. I worked 12hr shifts with no overtime getting 10 dollars a hour.
