      The sales person/ owner was very rude and scary. Called me stupid and a waste of time to come give an estimate.then came back to bully me to get a furnace. He was 3500$ higher than other estimates. And they were doing it wrong. He cussed at me. I am 69 yrs old don’t need to be talked to like that.

      The interactions this customer has expressed do not align with our employee’s experience in this appointment. He never called her stupid, he does do his best to educate on the process of not only the equipment you are buying but also the entire process of installation. When our tech knew we were not getting the job, he claimed that they departed on calm terms, even gently fist bumping on the way out. He did return to the door to ask a couple additional questions because he thought maybe we were not bidding the right equipment against the other companies, and her demeaner was entirely different.
      This is where we think they had a disagreement, and we do agree that a phone call could have been made in place of reapproaching the door. However, at that moment, when he returned to the door, he didn’t know she had these feelings about their interactions. His initial interactions were never meant to come off as threatening or bullying or in any way inappropriate, and we would not condone those behaviors. We agree that any behavior such as this is not acceptable, nor do we want this to be a true representation of our company. We have spoken to both Mrs and Mr. H in relation to this situation and have expressed our honest and sincere apologies for any actions they felt were inappropriate. We have also put Mr. H in touch with our General Manager, who spent time speaking with him regarding their position on the events. We again apologize that they felt that our employee did not handle this to their satisfaction, and we ensure that this is not a true view of who we are as a whole and it will be handled appropriately by the team of management.
      We were given some information by the customer in regard to other estimates they had already received. One of the other quotes they were provided was $3500 cheaper than our quote, that is correct. However, we were informed by the other company that that equipment quoted was scratch and dent, whereas our equipment is new, and undamaged. We are sure they were aware of that. Additional notes on this customer state: at the time of her originally scheduling the appointment she did mention not wanting a specific brand, her troubles with that brand and the original installers, and that she doesn’t mind a scratch and dent. We only mention it now to stand behind our quoted price for our undamaged equipment and the installation.
