    AFTER PURCHASING SHUTTERS, THAT LOOKED GREAT AT TIME OF PURCHASE, LESS THAN 5 YEARS LATER, THE SHUTTERS LOOK HORRIBLE! THE ***** HAS COMPLETELY FADED. I CONTACTED THE COMPANY AND WAS TOLD THERE WAS NOTHING THEY WOULD DO TO STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT. FADING IS NORMAL! VERY DISSATISFIED WITH THE RESPONSE FROM THE COMPANY!

    I ordered shutters to match the other ones on the house. They were an odd size that i couldn't get at ********** or Lowes. I found Exterior Solutions on line. They made the shutters to my size specs. Their order process was easy. The shutters came within the estimated arrival time. They were exactly what I ordered. They matched perfectly. The mounting hardware was included. I could not be happier. The Shutters look great.

    You do not want to do business with Exterior Solutions. They shipped my material to me at the end of November 2022. Just when the winter storms arrived. Due to weather conditions we could not install the product until recently. When we tried to return some of the unused material, they denied ** the ability to return, Stating they had a 30 day return policy. Who has ******************************************************** the middle of winter. This was stock material from Westlake Building material. So it could easily have been put back on the shelf to be used again my another customer. They said we could throw it out. Great, more stuff unnecessarily thrown into the garbage. Terrible customer service, terrible return poliicy.
