    I received an email on My at 8, 2025 from ******** *****,stating the posted information...Ms.******, An associate of our Great Prairie risk solutions team will be reaching out to make contact you on the next steps with this claim. *** ************* Vice President of Great Prairie Risk Solutions, reached out to me on May 8,;2025, asking that I email listed items that were damaged due to mold infestation apartment... Documents has been submitted and Mr. ************* response was received and it will be four years before I am compensated for damaged items.     Long story short, a tree fell on my car back in April 2024 on a property that is one of their clients. After 3 months their client finally gave me a claim number for the incident with my car they said they were handling. Ive been trying to contact my claims person for the past 2 weeks through voicemails, emails, and its no answer. Ive been in contact with someone else but my complex is not their client so nothing can be done from her side. I need my claims person to reply because continuing to wait will cause more damage to my car I explained I transport my 4 kids under 4 years old in.
