      Lake Tapps Walgreen male pharmacist is a hostile raging monster who verbally berates and mistreats women clients. He should not work with clients. He is abusive, hot headed, and has lost site of the fact that he is serving the public and we are paying for the services. We do not work for him and he does not get to verbally attack or abuse us. I have never been treated like I was by this pharmacist in my life and I would never trust him to fill my prescriptions or give me proper medical guidance about my medication. He should not have a job. Disgusting. Feel sorry for the young women working with him. If he treats clients the way he treated me today, I can only imagine how poorly he treats the young ladies working behind the counter with him.

      Waited 20 minutes on the phone. Then the person that answered decided to speak while I was answering his question.What the heck is going on in this world? Pay your employees better so you can attract better humans, and then hire twice as many! Walgreens is failing fast...

      Pharmacy is short staffed, rude, and dismissive Sometimes I have to go back 2 or three times to pick up a script. Not unusual to wait ***** minutes in line, both at the drive thru and the counter.

      Very unprofessional Pharmacy staff. constantly texts customers to say their prescription is ready and when we go there to pick up prescription, they always say it's not ready. They are very rude and unprofessional; they should not send texts saying prescriptions are ready when they're not. this happened several times. I am disabled and have to get ride their to get my prescriptions. the drivers are also not happy with ********'s about them having to switch their schedule around to wait for me due to ********* always wants to text customers saying the prescriptions are ready when they're not. they are very unprofessional, and they should not be in business due to their unprofessionalism and rude customer service especially at the pharmacy at the above Walgreen's.

      Terrible service prescription was sent to them 10:30 am 6:00 pm still not filled. Have called them 4 times no answer then they hang up. Walgreens will never ever get any of my business again What is uour problem you are disgusting.

      You used to be awesome! What happened? You never have staff and the lines are forever long. I waited 55 minutes at the drive thru tonight. I got in line at 8:42pm! Every time I go there its the same thing.LONG LINES. If someone is sick and needs their medicine they shouldnt have to go inside where the line is 4 people shorter than drive thru. After a long day at work, I nearly fell asleep behind the wheel waiting my turn. Walgreens please turn this around! You used to care about your customers, now you dont. Please dont use Covid as an excuse. Recruit better and pay your staff well.

      Today the pharmacist refused to fill a legitimate written prescription for my wife. After my spouse tried to reason with him, this egotistical a****** decided to play a game with my spouse's health. Totally inexcusable. I wonder if he would have behave the same way. Needless to say, we will never buy even a stick of gum from them going forward.

      I know Walgreens drive through is always short staffed, this summer they even inconvenience their customers by closing down their drive through for months, if you wanted your scrips, go get it! Lol. Last month the cashier that took care of me left my script in the bin, I could see her leave the pharmacy while waiting in my car, I guess she was late for lunch, as I sat in my car for well over 15 minutes trying to get someones attention, another cashier finally noticed me, came over and asked for my name, I said the other cashier that just walked out the door was taking care of me, 15 minutes ago! she said your Name ***, not caring what I had to say, as she looked down she notice my script sitting in the Bin, she just pushed my script out, and walked off! Lol no Im sorry, or Ill talk to her, she just walked away! Yesterday with 2 cars in front of me, I waited 20 minutes in line, finally the cars behind me, pulled away, allowing me to get out of there! Its crazy,, most of the cashier look so unhappy, they look to me over worked, and its been another under staffed long day, so customers service, or any bed side manner, is gone, come on Walgreens do better for your employees so they can do better for your loyal customers!

      VETS BEWARE!! Walgreens pharmacy "WILL NOT" offer "ANY DISCOUNTS FOR VETS", even if you pay cash and no insurance or if you want to use GoodRX or other coupons. They state that the VA should pay them full price. I paid $150 for 3 prescriptions that I could have paid $34 with GoodRX. Contacted both store and corporate and was told this is the pharmacy policy. WHAT A SCAM!!!

      Referencing Walgreens in ***********************************************************:If the problem were simply pharmacy staff with bad attitudes, I wouldn't be writing a complaint.It is the fact that this pharmacy has consistenrly- as an ongoing difficulty we can pinpoint to two soecific employees- delayed our medications due to ********* preapproval problems" that later turn out to NOT have been problems. The employees simply fail to run them through ********* Or, as is often the case, an attempt is made to fill an older script, instead of a current script- and these two exmployees do not coordinate with my provider. Which in this case would mean simply calling to find out which of the two scripts is the valid one. These needless delays have caused me, for example, to miss blood pressure medications, for the better part of two months. And my children have missed out on allergy meds. My wife has missed out on antiseizure meds. And my father-in-law has had harmful delays on insulin.We used to have a neighborhood family-owned pharmacy that spoiled us with professionalism. We are a disabled family, have many health conditions, so we have many meds and schedules to coordinate. Needing to do jobs that are typically the pharmacy's (running ******** payment a 2nd time, instead of having me spend 2 days on the phone with ********, for 5 hours each time just to find out they simply need to run it again!) is exhausting and needless!Please offer better training, in lieu of simply getting better and more caring staff?
