      Very rude incompetent workers in photo department, the manager wasn't professional either! Not refunding my money on a defective item accompanied by the receipt given at pickup time plus online invoice and the item. Employees didn't know how to do it! The order that i picked up at same time had two defective products, seems employees that are working there do not know what they are doing! **********, ** *********** location.

      I've been having issues with Walgreens Pharmacy for a year now. I draw the line when I've been waiting a month for my son's pills to come in and we have been back in that store 5 times to check and it still wasn't there but the pills I no longer use are still being filled. ***** at the ******** ** store needs to learn some customer service and it's sad seeing as he's the manager but can't handle an upset customer when he lied to them and **********. His own worker called him out for the nonsense. Will never use Walgreens again. What manager huffs at a customer because of their mistakes for over a year?

      I understand that medication has to be regulated due to people who abuse the system, but being the caregiver for someone with stage 4 cancer and having issues with getting her medications every month due to clerical errors is frustrating and heartbreaking. Their short ******** create undeserving suffering every month. It's awful and unexcusable.

      This pharmacy has so many problems, it needs to be reviewed by standards set by the ************ I have made four calls to my doctor regarding calling in a refill. He called in the request, but every time I called I was told he had not called it in. I have waited on the phone for hours regarding this issue. I have been told I was next in the roster for my call, only to wait another half hour, listened to two complete musical recordings (one of which had percussion instrumentals), and then the call would be disconnected. When I did get through, the clerk put me on hold, only to be disconnected again. The people I did talk to were ****, impatient, annoyed, disinterested, overwhelmed. I called in a prescription on Tuesday and find myself here on Saturday morning, with no medication left. Personally, I would just stop taking the medication, but I am afraid of side effects. Even when prescriptions are filled, the lines in the store and at the drive-up window are terribly long. This is the worst experience I have ever had with any business. Under no conditions would I recommend this pharmacy.

      They're getting 1 star because I can't leave a negative star. After multiple chances, my mind is set. The Walgreens *********, **. location is staffed with incompetent, unprofessional and lazy employees. I will never for the rest of my years use Walgreens again.

      Ive never had such consistently horrible service from any business let alone pharmacy. Myself and numerous providers have tried calling dozens of times over the past year. We are out on hold for almost an hour and when it finally seems to pick up, the phone hangs up. The pharmacists are clearly overworked, and overwhelmed so its hard to fault them for their rudeness. Actually going into the pharmacy involves waiting in very long lines and watching my elderly neighbors absolutely helpless and at a loss. Ive heard multiple of them say you said my heart medication would be ready last week!. This is a disgraceful business and I will never use them again.

      Walgreens pharmacy at *********** in ********* ** has very rude and non professional staff, smug and mocking customers. Will never go back to them

      Walgreens and **** card services is the biggest scam. I bought an **** card, Walgreens never activated it, **** customer service confirmed the card is not activated. I called Walgreens customer service more than 15 times and they kept on hanging up with me. I went to the store and the store manager did not even want to talk to me. Walgreens and **** stole $200 from me without giving any service. I asked **** and Walgreens to show me the transaction that is made on the card and they refused to answer my questions. Never again, I recommend anyone to shop at Walgreens and ****. These 2 organizations are supporting economic terrorism by taking money from honest American and possibly giving it to terrorist organizations that are harming ***. These 2 businesses need to close down permanently.
