      Dr ****** called in 7 refills verified with Dr ****** went to pickup gave me two,when ask about the other refills they cuy me short very rude,call Dr ****** again to verify ,call Walgreen so I can pickup later or tomorrow much needed meds.I have been in hold 1hr 35 min and still holding and this is every time I can't understand how a company as large as Walgreen can treat customers the way they do Seniors who has trusted this company since they were kids..Walgreen is off my list.

      Absolutely horrible! They do not listen, do not know how to bill insurance, and do not answer their phones. I waited 50 minutes to speak to them. Then after trying to speak to the tech at the drive thru to no avail and speaking to a diff tech that didnt know how to bill my insurance and told me there was nothing he could do I asked to be transferred to the pharmacist. The female pharmacist interrupted me several times. Then she billed my insurance for my prescriptions without giving me a reimbursement for what I already payed out of pocket for my prescriptions. Therefore, they got paid twice for my prescriptions and I still have no reimbursement. Then she wouldnt let me finish talking and hung up on me.

      That star is there because no review without a star??? They dont deserve it! What a way to ruin your night. 30 plus minutes on hold. When they answered it was such a bad connection on their end (sounded like the phone was in a paper bag.) Tech put me on "quick hold" that lasted 10 minutes, started ringing for another 5, then disconnected. Called back and got disconnected without even the pleasure of talking to the paper bag. Called again and and told the auto attendant I wanted the pharmacy manager, another hold, then disconnect. I despise the *** gouging pricing, but I'm going back anyway. Bye bye Walgreens!

      I have filled the same prescriptions 8 months consecutively and the controlled substance pill count was incorrect 8 time. Alway a shortage. 56 tablets prescribed and actual counts were 46 or 51.I called and they filled the shortage.How many patients dont immediately count? The majority I venture.Walgreens has a diversion or theft problem. I spoke with Walgreens corporate about the criminal behavior after my last fill.Tomorrow morning I will see if that call helped at all when I do a count.

      SHAME ON YOUR COMPANY, ELDERLY AND OTHERS DEPEND ON THE COUPON BOOKLETS WHEN THEIR ARE SALES NOT EVERYONE GOES DIGITAL YET YOUR COMPANY IS MORE CONCERNED WITH SAVING MONEY AND S******* OVER THE CUSTOMERS WITH YOUR HIGH PRICES, A **** item that goes on sale for **** cannot be applied cause your company has decided you no longer want to provide the sales booklets. Once again its profit over people. I will make sure the people i know about this and to not shop at Walgreens they are better going to cvs target or even god forbid ********

      The Walgreens in **********,** is terrible, no one answers the phone, you wait days for prescriptions you need right away. The people that work in the pharmacy ignore you , treat people with no respect, never answer the phones . You stand in line for a very long time and when its your turn your medicine is either not done or lost. I cant understand how this place is still open. They have a drive thru and thats another wait. Not sure who is the general manager or store owner but they need to figure the issues out. Lots of people are complaining and leaving to find another pharmacy that helps. Do not use Walgreens .

      That's a negative one-star! Their pharmacy is hands down the worst to deal with! I've been on hold waiting to speak to the pharmacy for over 1 hour! The lines at the store are unnecessarily long at all times of the day. Whatever you do, pass on using any Walgreens. There are better and faster choices out there.

      I was told by ***** that they was leaving my package with Walgreens for pickup. I went to Walgreens customer service and handed the ********************** employee my driver. License for package pickup. I am sorry I interrupted his free time on his phone. He seemed to be untrained and new at his work. He could not find my package while I was in the store. But waited until I left the store to tell me he found my package after asking me for confirmation.
