      ******* is very professional and provides an outstanding service. My brothers and I have been customers for more then ten years. I absolutely recommend to stop and get a quote from ******* if you are looking for a reasonable price car insurance.

      They added a driver to my policy when I was just calling for a quote. Now they are telling me that my rate has gone up when I never asked to add a driver, I was just asking for a quote.

      Hello *****, I apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced during your transaction. After further review I am unable to locate you in any of the systems we operate with the name or email address you have provided. Please note that ******************************** has appointments with other third-party vendors outside of the control of our retail operations and we do not have access to their customer profiles due to privacy concerns. In the meant time I wanted to provide you with your options so that you may get this issue resolved. 1. If you can please provide me with your policy number, I can further investigate this issue myself. 2. You may contact your agent directly and ask to have this issue escalated to member of management. Again, I apologize for this inconvenience, if you have any additional issues, please feel free to reach out.

      ***** provided poor customer service and I called again and the following associate was even worse. She basically hung up on me. Both said there was no manager and that offices closed at 6p

      This company showed me how money is the primary concern. I am busy with two jobs and a busy personal life. This company have harassed me even after I have complained and ask them for no courtesy calls, text and email at all. I would get text, emails and calls one after the other as if I were late. Even if I have follow protocol but stop the courtesy calls. They didnt ********** was time to renew my policy and they are cheap so I continued despite my experience. After renewing I didnt receive the new one and called to obtain it. I was hung up on, placed on hold to the point I had to resort to an email to ***************************** who renewed my policy but no response. Imagine if I got pulled over and went to jail because I couldnt provide insurance coverage. After calling one last final time I was able to obtain it 8-17-2023 and my policy was renewed on 8-1-23. She must be new and should be retrained. If she is a veteran she should be reprimanded. You want reliable and courteous service. This place lacks it.
