Hector Alvarado was an amazing salesman. His customer service was impeccable and he really went above and beyond answering any questions I had and he was excellent at getting back to me in his already busy schedule. I give Mr. Alvarado 5 stars. However this review is for him and him only and not for the company or the crew that's been to our home 4 times and 6 weeks later has yet to properly finish my roof.

High praise for AmeriPro Roofing (APR)! Our Pickerington, OH family had the occasion to replace our residential home roof/gutters/downspouts stemming from a hailstorm. The materials selected were of state-of-the-art durable design allowing for a new 50-Year Warranty upon completion. From the initial consultation to the final inspection, their team demonstrated professionalism, expertise, and diligence. They guided us through the entire bidding process ensuring we understood each step, which inspired confidence in our decision to move forward. I was impressed by their use of top-tier products and leading brand names as: Timberline Shingles, Stain Guard, Pro-Start, Cobra Rigid Vent 3, and Seal-A-Ridge, all of which come with a 50-year Warranty as a match to the Timberline Shingles selected. Collectively, providing peace of mind and assurance in the durability, longevity, and prospective reliable future resale value of my residence. They took care of my property, and their cleanup efforts were outstanding. What sets *** apart was their commitment to earning total customer satisfaction across the entire experience. We had the pleasure of having met and worked directly with APRs Restoration Specialist - C. R. I know an exemplary Total-Customer-Satisfaction mindset whenever I see it in action. C. R.s personable professionalism is the personification of all of that phrase. His above and beyond efforts to coordinate engagement with my ***************** representatives, be present to arrive on the day of my insurance companies appointment to inspect the roof and gutters and to see it all through to favorable fruition was far above my expectations. His repeat contact after all work concluded as well as after the following first rainfall was highly impressive. APR was not the least expensive of the several proposals I sourced. However, APR were clear and far the best value for our peace of mind for the same insurance deductible outlay! *** *.AmeriPro Roofing

Interactions with AmeriPro were promising as all fairy tales are. I was promised professional partnership and to be a representative in an insurance claim. Turns out that half of what we were looking for replacement was approved. Worked with my 2nd ****** as the 1st left which I was never notified about. Worked on approach to get 2nd half relooked into, but nothing was actually done from AmeriPro's side. I had to do all the contacting with the insurance company even after they stated they'd do it all. Work was completed on approved work and insurance checks were sent upon receipt. At this point I was having to get a hold of AmeriPro for updates on progress for 2nd half of claim. There was never anything done for months. Was finally contacted by billing asking for final payment (deductible amount). At this time I was not aware of the amount and even checked emails and mail. Was sent invoice on Aug 8 via email with invoice date of 8/7/24 and received physical copy a couple days later in mail. At time of call asked to have my contact reach out. To date never heard from him. Got call 14 days later asking for payment to which stated I have 30 days and still have open items with them, so was waiting to see if they followed through. I also asked if they sent certified mail to house on 8/17/24 (10 days after initial call about outstanding balance. ******* said yes they're reporting me to collections. Payment was dropped off in **** box that day. Who does business like this other than sketchy people. They don't keep their word and are untrustworthy, unresponsive and billing department is worst I've ever worked with. *** worked for numerous fortune 100 companies and a lot of customer/vendors. Stay away from these scammers.AmeriPro Roofing

AmeriPro Roofing was surely great to deal with, thanks to the 2 sale agents who helped me initially. They were **************** and Mr. *********** want to make sure AmeriPro knows how professional, knowledgeable, easy to talk with they were. I leave in **, 20 min away from *******************I was very skeptical at first, because I never filed a house claim before, thankfully, and I heard a lot of stories. But **************** seemed very sincere, and after a short conversation, assured me that I don't have anything to lose if I let them inspect my roof. They did all the work for us, and not only that but after they finally convinced me that its worth asking for a second inspection, my whole roof was approved and smaller other side damages, after it was rejected first time. We could never see from the ground how damaged is the roof, because we don't climb on it every 2 months, nor we have an eye for these details. ******** took over early in the process, and I cant say enough good thing especially about his character, his promptness, his willing to go the extra mile, and give me all the assurance I needed regarding the money transaction. He's one of those only a handful of very ambitious and hard-working young men. I was perplexed to go from non-approved to fully approved, and it took a while until they made me understand that I have nothing to lose, and if approved they guarantee that all I pay them is my deductible. We couldn't have done that on our own. So thank you ***, thank you happy, hardworking crew, and AmeriPro.AmeriPro Roofing

I don't know where else to report this company's harassment, they have called me multiple time in the last week. I do not want a new roof and I don't know how to get their sales people to quit. Incredibly pushy sales tactics and salesmen who are overall rude. Not even in the market for a new roof but if I was it wouldn't be from these people.AmeriPro Roofing

Ameripro roofing is only concerned with getting money from customers! They tore off and installed my roof in less than a day but did not install all the materials that were quoted. When I asked the crew why my new valley metal wasn't up the crew pretended to not speak English. The roof leaked that night and took two months to get them to repair the leak and finish the install of the new materials. Also the roof still leaks! I have plaster falling down in both bedrooms of my house and the contacts with Ameripro that I have been communicating with will not return my calls. They answer every once in a while and say they are looking into solution. Now it has been four months since the installation of the roof, it still leaks, and what has been promised is still not done.AmeriPro Roofing
