    ***** ***** passed away Dec 15. We overpaid. We are waiting for proper refund which ******* ****** promised to refund. We have contacted many times by phone and email. No response.

    Subject: Response to Complaint from ***** ******* (Re: ***** M. *****)

    We appreciate the opportunity to respond to ****************** complaint regarding the refund process for the overpayment related to the account of the late ***** ****** First and foremost, we would like to extend our heartfelt condolences to *** ******* and her family during this difficult time.

    We understand the urgency of this matter and the importance of processing refunds promptly. Please be assured that we have initiated the refund process for the five days owed to Mr. ****** Furthermore, we would like to clarify that refunds of this nature can take some time due to the necessary administrative steps involved in ensuring accuracy and compliance with our policies.

    We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. I did speak with *** ******* today, 1/27/2025 to obtain additional information to complete the processing of the reimbursement. I have completed this request and have placed the reimbursement in the mail today to the mailing address provided by *** ********

    On May 13, 2022 we paid Avondale ******** for the extended room and board charges for my mother, *****************************. We later discovered that we had overpaid ******. The Statement with credit is attached. We have not received the credit amount due. I am the son and *** for *****************************, the *** document and letter of medical need of *** are also attached. I discussed the credit in person with the business office at Avondale one month ago. I have also made two follow-up phone calls that have not been responded to as of today. We are requesting an immediate refund.In addition, my mother no longer resides at ***************************, Elgin, ** *****; her new address is ******************************************************************, ** ***** and the check should be sent to that address.
