  C.A. Jones were paid a deposit to renovate and design a new law firm for us a couple of years ago. They took a deposit from us at the **************** office located in ******** and never stepped foot on the property outside of the initial visitation. Their team of ********** appealed to my wife since she had an all female law firm. They had all grandeur plans to make her firm so spectacular, but never started any work. After months and months asking when the project would start we kept getting excuses of them having us in line and people who lost homes during covid had higher priority. We contacted the Fairview Heights owner and he was rude and unprofessional as well. He used his personal relationship with the local fire chief to harass our new company we hired under ******* ***** during work and renovations. On top of the deposit they stole from us, they caused us to come out of pocket to build a wheelchair ramp last minute that cost almost $20,000. I would not recommend them to build a doghouse for any business.

  Absolutely terrible organization. My wife and I bought our house in May and CA Jones was supposed to finish the basement bathroom for us as part of our deal. They claimed it would be done by mid May (it was in writing that way) and they didnt finish until October! The funny part about it is the quality of the work was so poor on framing that the drywall looked curved. They did NOTHING to fix that so we basically had no choice but to go hire someone else to correct. On top of that, **** had multiple significant warranty items that they flat out ignore and they basically stole our screen door (they gave us the wrong size screen door to our back patio and said theyd provide the correct one, but they never returned with it). Overall horrible experience with these people. Ive honestly never seen communication so poor from a professional company and it all starts at the top with **** Needles who is the first to never respond to my emails, calls etc. My advice is to stay away from these people. If we had any better options as first time home buyers in this market, we 100% wouldnt have gone down this path. This company is a joke

  This is for C.A. Jones and their home remodeling branch Phoenix Home Remodeling. This was a horrible experience for our outdoor remodel. One caveat, ***** was great! I signed a contract in Aug 2022 & finally received a Certificate of Occupancy and Completion in Dec 2024. I went through 4 project leads. It was not until our second project lead & other home projects that required city approval, I found out Phoenix Home Remodeling never had the permit to work, despite the fact the first project lead said she was getting the permit in Mar 2023. Lumber was left in my driveway for months at a time, which led to warped/damaged materials, which the team used instead of replacing. It was not until ***** showed up to work and he refused to put his name on the project as it was. He eventually fixed everything to the point the city would approve the permit and eventually clear for occupancy. He even ripped up the whole deck to have new lumber adhered.On top of the length of the project, communication with the project leads and head company, C.A. Jones, was horrible. I would call and text to find out if/when someone was going to show up to work. It was rare that any of the project leads would reach out to me to go over a timeline. There was absolutely no pre-determined timeline of objectives and milestones. The one caveat was *****, who would contact me to let me know when I should expect work. He even checked in on the project when he was on vacation. ***** had a completely different work ethic than any of the project ******** last frustration was it took consistent communication with the overarching company president at C.A. Jones to get the project to completion. That to me is reflective of the company as a whole. This was a very frustrating experience and now I still have to fix my yard that has been a constant mud pit since the project started almost 2 and a half years ago.

  The worst ever. And ****** inspectors must be on it. There is no way our home should have passed inspection. Dip in the floor, raining in the garage coming from under the door, there is no slop when you drive in so all the water from rain comes inside. Concrete cracking with holes from the porch to the driveway to the garage. The bottom of the window in the master bedroom was open you could put your hand in it. Then went in their builder trend and put that all things were resolved and completed. Rude wouldnt return are even answer the phone. Untruths were told to us from the salesman to the very last person we spoke to. Home was completed September 2021. At this moment we are looking for someone to lay all new concrete. I would have given them zero stars if it was possible. HOW DID THIS HOUSE PASS INSPECTION????

  Bought a brand new house from ** Jones two years going. I still have missing HVAC duct; Outside soffit light that has never worked correctly and LVP flooring in kitchen that was installed incorrectly is now buckling. These problems have been reported to CA Jones several times with nothing being fixed. I would give this company zero stars if it was an option because one star is way too much.

  Bought a brand new house from CA Jones 3/18/2022. Here are the problems we had to deal with are as follows: Air Condition didn't work; Sewage won't drain; Basement drain didn't drain properly; All five basement windows leaks; Duct work missing; Outside soffit and porch lights didn't work; Soffit siding falling down; deck not constructed correctly; siding buckling by window; Missing drip edge; and basement is leaking. They don't respond in a timely fashion. It has been a year and I am still waiting for things to be fixed. I would give zero stars if it was an option.

  Work on our condo association deck was never finished ! Contractors wont return our phone calls nor CAJones Company . The deck is falling apart it is out of code with the city as well. CAJones employees have lied never gave ** a bill of sale , the contract was not given to ** until we begged for the copy and the work that was on the contract was not completed. Horrible experience . Never would recommend this company . Damage done to other peoples property and not repaired. Building permit was never given to be displayed until the code enforcement gave association a warning that permit must be applied for and displayed. C A Jones.

  We bought our home a year ago today and still have items on our list that has not been completed. WE also purchased solar panels in August and have yet to be able to use them. They aren't completed yet. We call and send emails without a call or email back. This has been a terrible experience. We have spent too much money on this home for them to not stand behind their business. We we do speak with them about our solar panels they tell use they are waiting for the electrician to come in town. It has been months and no response.

  7 months since moved into our finished house. Solar panels are not turned on and our punch list was never completed. Emails go unanswered and no response from anyone in the company. They get you in the house and wash their hands od you and move onto the next victim.
