  Working C.A. Jones has been one of the worst experiences of my life and I was deployed to 2 active war zones. They do not respond to phone calls or emails and only rarely respond in their builder trend app. I closed on my house on 30 June 22 (which was their choice) and am still waiting on items to be completed for the final build (we are still holding escrow $$). They also are very slow in responding to warranty claims (if they respond at all). We have been without our main garage door for 2 of the 3 months we have lived here. The quality of the house is also not on par with the amount we paid for it. CA Jones either didn't follow thru with quality control or just doesn't have it. The paint on the interior walls appears to be one coat of paint and after some light wiping to clean them starts wearing thru the to the dry wall. We have had multiple issues with the electrical system as there have been 3 areas that the wires were not fully connected (one of them burning up the switch and wiring inside the wall). When CA Jones does actually respond its a generic response of "we'll look in to it and see when we can come out" but never actually follow thru. Save yourself the headache and find a different builder.

Currently, the parts of your porch railing are on back order and we have been waiting for them to arrive. Sadly we are living in a time where many parts take longer than would like causing a delay in some parts of homes. Though we cannot control that, we would gladly look into when they are set to arrive for you.   Thank you for your response, but your own employees have stated multiple times about the source and reason of the delay. And it was never anything about parts on back order. Also. Im still waiting on CA jones to finish putting in the drainage lines for some of the downspouts/sump pump.
