    I have tried multiple times to contact this company to get a refund and cancel a subscription. I have gotten no response via email, phone and ********.

    I placed an order on May 14 that I still have not received. When I look at my order on the Shop app, it still says preparing for shipment. I have contacted the company multiple times to file a complaint and request a refund. They will not respond. I went to their ******** and it appears this has been a common occurrence with other buyers. The NatPat company takes our money but we never get the product.

    I found the NATPAT product after my kids soccer coach used it for my kids team and thought it was great. I thought this was a legit product so I placed my first order of $75.68. I was supposed to receive my order today as tracking said it was delivered 2 hrs ago. I looked everywhere and can not find it. I tried looking on the website for a contact number and there is only an email address so this already feels like a scam. I would like my money back since no product was delivered when it said it was. I also canceled my subscription because I am not getting scammed a second time. I also left a customer complaint review on their ******** page and found similar experiences to mine.

    Purchased product on 4/15 and it arrived 4/30 with postage due. I reached out to Nat *** on the 30 with a photo of the package. There was no communication with me on paying the postage. After doing a search on their ******** page, I am not the only that received a postage due package. The post office stayed that they will hold the package for 15 days then return to sender. At this point I do not think that they will respond and pay for postage. So the package will end up getting returned.There is no tracking on the package so no proof when they receive it.

    I ordered a bundle on Wednesday April 23, I paid the $9.63 for the fastest shipping and it said the expected delivery is between 4/25-4/27. As of 9:31am on 4/26, my package is still sitting at the warehouse and hasnt even shipped yet. Ive emailed twice and filled out the contact us form with my complaint and still havent heard back from anyone. Its been 24 hours with no response

    On Wednesday morning January 8, 2025 I ordered The SleepyPatch for kids-Sleep Promoting Stickers for a total of $24.56. I got the order confirmation on January 8. On January 9 I got an email stating I needed to update my payment. I checked and my payment information provided was accurate. After looking at my account they had already processed the payment. My bank account has more than enough to cover a $25.00 purchase. On Monday January 13 I checked my order details for my subscription and was not provided anything. I then reached out to *************** on Monday for assistance. On Tuesday I still had no response from anyone. On Tuesday January ************************************************************************ 2-3 hours but could take longer, still no answers. I reached out to their ******** page looking for help, no answer. Today Wednesday January 15 I got my stickers, they are not the ones I ordered. They sent Zen Stickers, not what I ordered. At this point Inalready canceled my subscription and would just like my money back. I will gladly send the unopened product back. I just cant get in contact with anyone to do so. A lot of others have the same complaints according to the ******** page. They do not provide a phone number to call and they do not respond to emails or social media.
