**********. I've been trying to get a bill sent to me (never got one) for MONTHS. I'm not giving my creditcard number to their janky third-party billing's insecure site or some random person who called me. All I want is a legitimate bill and can't get one sent. If this goes to collections and disrupts my credit, it will hurt my chances of buying a house this spring. Incredible.

We have no idea where this bill is even coming from. Theres no date of service, theres no name of providers that provided the service, the service name is vague, theres no real name of hospital/care center where care was received from. Theres also no bill due date like usual, its just Upon Receipt. All of this seems very much like a fake bill yet they wont stop sending it to us.

Absolute worst service I have received EVER, And might I admit , I had 45+ years Executive and administrative experience both Clinical and leadership in healthcare. Faithfully pay monthly and significant amounts to my MyChart account with Northwestern Medicine. The bills and viewable records and invoices are next to impossible to ready. I have bills for $18.46 , $3.88 and $17.01 . One would think it was wrapped up or would be easily identified in the billing tab. OK maybe not. Not even so much as ONE phone call or ONE e-mail, yet they demand that information and are provided with it. NOPE - just turn into collections. Northwestern Lost a pt. My Primary Lost a Pt. and I will make sure everyone I know understand why, including the hospital CEO. - 100% Because of the radiology subspecialist and disgusting, poor, unprofessional service and treatment. Business must be bad to turn someone to collections for this amount .

Rude mean people when trying to work out a billing situation. They do not contact you by mail. You have no choice who reads your films in a hospital setting but if you did IT WOULD NOT BE THESE PEOPLE.
