The Limited Lifetime Warranty is only valid if the repaired device remains in the same condition it was at the end of the repair. The device must remain free from water damage, frame damage, major cosmetic damage, another person or service opening the phone, or damage to the components replaced during this repair. Screen replacement warranties only cover manufacturer defects.
The warranty does not cover user inflicted damage such as a cracked screen or screen protector, malfunction due to abnormal pressure on the screen, or malfunction due to water damage. The device's serial number must match the serial number in our records. If the security sticker placed on the inside of the device is tampered with, damaged, or missing, the warranty will be voided. JB's Smartphone Repair has the right to refuse service or warranty work to anyone at our own discretion.
