  With the MIG-29, twin 80mm, CG its important, so program the flight conditions: with or without flaps with the landing gear down and up.

  I ordered and received w/out damage the Flightline FW-190D ****. Upon opening and assembly, I noted that the motor mount appeared to be "bent" to the right. I filed a help ticket with MotionRC asking why the propeller shaft was canted to the right. In less than 24 hours, a technician (**** *******) reached out to me and provided a through, timely answer to my question. I kept the product and am looking at flying in within a week. **** was timely, professional and courteous, all the while sharing his knowledge. Thank you, J. (Jun-2025)

  Bought an electronic test tool. On-screen instructions were in Chinese. Couldn't figure out what to do. Sent email to product support. Problem solved with one timely reply. Will continue doing business with MotionRC.

  Purchased New 470 size RotoScale **** from Motion RC. Did not fly for over a month as I was tied up with other things. When I did try to use could not get GPS lock. Tried everything. Got in touch with Motion with online chat and before I could even tell them the problem I was having, they said its out of warranty. I explained I just needed help and told him what it was doing. Was told they did not know and offer no help at all. I have purchased many things from them but no longer with that kind of service. This thing was almost $900.00. Purchased some parts to try and fix from them but still does not work. Wrote a review on their site to say what happend to me and of course they did not post it. Surprise... I do like their products but the customer service is the worst I have ever gotten from a supplier of ********.

  This was my first purchase from this company. My RC airplane hade a defect. T followed their procedures to resolve the issue. Amazing promptness in their response. They sent me a return shipping label and sent me a new airplane. This company and employees are awesome to work with and to do business with. I recommend if your Looking for RC hobbies this a one stop shop you cant go wrong.

  For me, it's the simple things, for example, I ordered the 1:18 scale Arktos 66 (outstanding RC BTW), and in the package was a return postage sticker just in case something was wrong, and on that sticker was hand written, the initials of who packed the order and also handwritten was a simple "Thank You!"The customer service is great!
