    I have purchased seven EDF jets and three propeller driven planes. From purchase to assembly has been a great experience. Recently I received my A10v2 with a part missing. I contacted customer support. **** got right on it. Located the part and shipped it right away. Just waiting for the part to arrive so I can get the maiden in! Motion RC is the best!     Motion RC Has Your Back! I recently purchased my fifth RC plane for motion hobby and unfortunately it came with a little bit of damage which was probably done during shipping. I knew I could fix it but the need to fix a brand new plane isn't ideal. I reached out to them with a few simple pictures they're fast turnaround time of response was simply awesome! We were able to come to an agreement that worked well for both parties you don't always get that when online shopping. That being said my hat goes off to their customer service after the sale!

    Purchase 2 RC tanks from Motion RC. The first had no issues, and I decided to purchase a second tank. After painting some parts and installing all the accessories, I discovered 2 issues with this one. The person I dealt with in their customer department could not have been more helpful and patient. After several rounds of email communication, he sent the parts to correct the issues. I will definitely shop with Motion in the future and recommend them to others.

    Motion RC has always offered great RC products for reasonable prices. After many purchases from them I finally had an issue with an airplane kit. There was a part in the kit that would not work properly. I notified Motion RC and it was immediately replaced with the proper part. Motion RC stands behind what they sell. Thank you Motion RC!

    I had purchased a rc plane from Motion RC and the instruction manual for the plane was not very thorough. I contacted Motion RC via email asking for help. Their response was timely and very helpful. The person assisting me sent pictures for reference as how to correctly complete the build process. I was very grateful and pleased with response I received.

    I had an issue with an order of rc airplane retract landing gear, one of the two did not work. I asked Motion rc for help with this issue. They took my concerns and shipped another individual retract out to me right away after sending them a small video of this not working. I will continue to purchase most of my Rc airplanes and parts from Motion RC

    ******* customer service and technical support. I had an issue with the model that I purchased and after reaching Ozzy in tech support, the issue was resolved and the model was functioning as it should. Refreshing to see that Motion RC stands by their products and that customer service and technical support strives to find a resolution to a problem.
