    I made a one time purchase for the month of February to have a car wash unlimited. Sis getting my bank statement saying they charge another $25 that is not authorized on my account and that was not legitimate so I would like to complain for their ethics, and taking my money like that.

    Customer already made a visit to the location to speak to our manager in person.  Customer does not want to understand that the program is a "monthly" car wash fastpass unlimited car wash program. Nobody ever misrepresented this to

    her. You can use the car wash everyday and you can cancel this program at any time, no questions asked. It is intended to provide an extreme value to the customer. This customer purchased the $25/month plan ($10 car wash) which

    allows customer to receive daily $10 carwashes every day. ($300 worth of car washes for $25/month)  If customer discontinues the plan, they can use the plan until anniversary date of the credit card charge then the plan automatically

    stops. No refunds are given. The program is never a " one month" program. Similar to a health club membership, it stays in force until cancelled and there is no refunding allowed on the program.

    Ownership understands that said customer was unhappy about their misunderstanding of how the plan functions and offered to the customer a coupon towards a future auto detailing service.

    Customer happily already agreed to a 20% off detailing coupon valued at $20 to $60. Customer said that the car would be in need of a detail and she accepted the coupon. 

    All of a sudden, this customer is writing extremely negative ****** reviews and writing to BBB............

    If the customer would rather have the $25 - $10 (carwash value already redeemed) $15 back, customer would have to return to facility (in person) the carwash RFID sticker in original form, return the 20% coupon and change the horrible,

    ****** review of the business from a one-star review to a five-star review. We will wait for a response.

    Today March 20, 2023 at 11:31 AM I paid for the H20 Auto Spa, Supreme Wash Plus which includes the Underbody Blast. When I pulled out of the wash my gas peddle was stuck and sped up causing me to run across the curbs blowing out 2 of my tires & nearly running into a tree. 9 minutes later at 11:40 AM I was forced to pull into the Just Tires, 2 blocks away to replace two tires. Spoke with **** the manger who said it was impossible that the car wash caused my gas peddle to stick & refused to discuss anything since they werent driving my car. He suggested that my floor mat probably caused the gas peddle to stick. My car is a ***** and floor mats are bolted into place. The cost to replace 2 tires was $677.88.
