    Used Ace Handyman to Install Pedestrian Door on Garage. I paid for a brand new door, lock double with deadbolt.The door frame was drilled quite a bit intact looks very damaged for a new door! *** states on the web site that you get a one year warranty. Fast forward to 3 weeks ago, I lock the upper bolt but could not get into my garage. I tried about 25 times to get into the locked door also the front main door is locked and I cant get into the garage at all. Panicking I called a lock ***** ***** Keys 24/7 locksmith. They came out and explained to me that the hardware was poor quality, their handyman pick out the door and hardware. The lock ***** charge me for a lockout and had to replace the hardware. I called Ace to report this incident. Ace called the locksmith to view the pictures of the door and lock. I was promised a refund 3 weeks ago! Nothing but when they came over to my house to do work, I of course paid promptly. I was promised a partial refund for the lock and hourly charge. I really think they should have taken my inconvenience as a customer and refunded at least half of my fee from the locksmith. ***** promised me a check as I paid by check. I would like my refund l was very polite to this owner!
