    On April 3, 2024, I engaged ***************************** to file a tax extension and submitted my tax documents accordingly. While ****************** filed the extension, he did not provide confirmation until August 13, 2024.****************** was expected to use the information provided to complete my tax return. However, on June 27, 2024, when I inquired about the status, I discovered that he had not started the tax return and only then requested additional information. After following up on July 8, 2024, ****************** again asked for more details on July 9, 2024, but did not follow up further.As the extension deadline approached and with increasing anxiety about the completion of my return, on August 13, 2024 I requested a copy of the extension to hand over to a new CPA. During a phone call to his office on the same day, I was informed that ****************** was still working on the return. He subsequently emailed the extension copy but did not explain the delays. When I asked if he would complete the tax return, he declined, stating that it would be better if I sought assistance elsewhere.Mr. Brummets lack of communication, failure to meet his fiduciary responsibilities, and unprofessional conduct have caused me significant stress and delay. I am now left with less than two months to find a competent CPA to complete my taxes before the deadline.
