    Purchased a new replacement door for a lawn mower. Business sent a used or damaged door with obvious wear and damage. Refused to answer emails requesting a return and refund.

    I ordered a replacement belt cover for a push mower. They sent me the wrong one, I told them and was willing to ship the old one back. They sent an email apologizing and that another would be shipped. After a week I contacted them and asked if they were shipping it. They said they were short staffed and they would check it that day. A week later I asked again and now they completely ignore my emails and still no belt cover. Just seems like very bad business practice. It really makes me angry that they just resort to ignoring me.

    I bought a powersmart lawnmower model #DB2194SH order#*******-65882292 February 2023 I didn't use it until May ******************************** October 2023 I have been trying to deal with this company they will not stand up to the 3 year warranty. I have sent everything they wanted twice.They are giving me a run around.Please help

    Received snow blower by shipment in January of 2023 24 in. 2-************************ Snow Blower with Heated Handles and LED Light from ************ website. Put the snowblower together, and the blades/augers would not spin. I contacted ********** and they told me to contact PowerSmart's customer service, because they would be responsible. I emailed their customer service over 3 times before they finally responded. They asked for more information, videos and pictures, and here we are almost a year later, and no help, and no refund. When you call them, they keep you waiting for hours. And no one answers. Horrible product and customer service!

    Purchase 12/2/2022, battery powered snowblower First used March 2023, broke on initial use. Contacted company multiple times to return and/or exchange. Powersmart never answered phone calls and quit returning email messages about issue.Reattempted to resolve issue in October 2023. Powersmart never answered phone calls. Quit responding to emails about issue. Warranty is 2 years, for repairs. The closest service center is 1.5 hours away. I did contact a service center. They are willing to take a look at the snowblower but can't guarantee they can fix it. Powersmart webpage states to contact them by phone to arrange for service to be covered under warranty. Powersmart has not answered phone calls. Wait times over an hour and no one answers. I did contact local repair companies and no one is willing to look at snowblower.

    i ordered a lawn mower from this company in march 2023. I used the lawn mower twice and in April 2023 something blew out of the side of it almost taking one of my fingers off. Powersmart has a warranty on their products so i called them several times. i was never able to get through as i was on hold for hours and then the line would just hang up on me. so i emailed the customer support in may 2023, i did not get a response so i emailed them again in June 2023. i finally got a response in july 2023. i quickly emailed them back and again they didnt respond until september 2023. They agreed to send me full refund on september 1st 2023 they said it would take ***** buissness days to come in the mail. it is now october 19th, 2023 and i have not received my refund. when i emailed them to check on the status they have blocked my email. i tried calling the customer service line and the computer hangs up on me before im ever able to get ahold of person. i have even tried chatting with the "chat support" on the website. after i gave it my email the chat stopped responding to me. i would just like help getting my refund like i was premised as i am a single mom and money is tight these days. thank you for your time.

    Bought new lawnmower directly from *** POWERSMART It worked well then the wheels broke, and the safety plate in the back came off. they offered to send me new wheels, Told the guy I should not have to out new wheels on a new ************ name was ******************** is garbage I sent it back to the address that someone gave me. I have tried to call, email and chat. No one wants to take a call or return an email.??I do want my money back, I don't care if its passed the limit. I contacted them within the return time frame.Please help Thank you

    I purchased a snow thrower from ********** in the amount of $526.45, this snow thrower has an advertised two year warranty. I have had two parts fail, reaching out to**********, they recommended calling the factory certified repair shop in *********. When I spoke with them, they had told me they cannot look at it without getting authorization from powersmart. That started an email to the support email in February of 2023. I followed up again in September, was told on 15 September that the parts had been shipped and that it would be 5 to 7 business days. I have yet to receive these parts and my calls and emails are going unanswered.I would like to get a resolution if other my money returned to me as I have a defective unit, or get the parts to replace.

    I had bought a lawnmower in March of 2022. It came with a 3 year warranty. The handle on it broke. I've been trying to reach powersmart usa by calling leaving messages, emailing them. I never get a response.

    I have attempted to receive a repair or replacement for a wood chipper that is 9 months old and was covered by a 2 year warranty. I have exchanged multiple emails in which they request proof of purchase, order number, and serial number every time. I initially contacted them on 8/31/23 and they have offered to send me replacement parts if I can send pictures of the broken or damaged parts. The unit won't run !!! I should not be expected to diagnose a malfunction or attempt to replace electrical parts. As of today I have exchanged 4 emails and they have not resolved the issue. I need a chipper to do my fall cleanup on my property. I should expect to have a fully functional piece of equipment that provides the period of service that is respesented in their advertising, on their website, and at time of purchase. Nothing more, nothing less. In addition to this they should have a dedicated phone line so customers can receive prompt attention to their issues.
