    I dropped my ***** Lawn Mower, HRX217HYA with a GCV190 engine model, for a spring tune up at the *****, location. Got it back three weeks later, while mowing it locked up. Brought back in and a worker was looking at and said it does seem to have any oil. The lawn mower was practically in brand new condition and extremely clean. Never leaked oil. It had less than 50 hours of use. The tune process includes changing the oil. They told they have their mechanic check it. I came back on Saturday 27th of April. Manager tells me the engine is locked up and it was their fault. They would going to order an engine and repair. I call and they say it repaired. I come in on May 4th, and they bring it out to the car. I try to start it before leaving. No repair was done; it had not been touched. Following Saturday, they tell me the engine is there but no mechanic works on Saturday. I come back the following Saturday and they tell me the engine shaft was bent and they have to reorder a new one. I do not believe they ever ordered one. They never would show me the engine. I have talked to their representative, their manager both by phone and email. They never call or respond to my email. I called and talked to the owner on 11 days ago and he told me to provide the details ( did it again) and he would look in to. I have gotten zero response. They also have your trade **** on their webpage; I thought they were a member. I find that very misleading on their webpage. At this point, I have asked in the emails for compensation - destroying of my lawnmower, and the return of my lawn mower. I have seen some reviews on ******* experiencing the same problems. I am hoping they will take you more serious then me. We are beyond the reasonable time to repair it.

    Although I can say the owner and sales/employees were very nice, by far the worst customer service or communication I have ever seen in my life. Once I wrote a check for a new tractor, it was as if they could care less about their customer. I had to ask multiple times just to have an invoice emailed to me. Day of delivery... nothing. I had to call business in the evening to be told there was a flat tire on the trailer, and I was "on the list" to be called. The next day, delivery was 3 hours late. Kid delivering (although very nice) knew nothing about the tractor. He stated there was no flat tire the day before, they just had the wrong size trailer. He stated he has no idea why they lie to the customer.Tractor was absolutely filthy and a ton of surface rust. Never washed. Tractor had no gas. Only one key. No paperwork or warranty paperwork. Not only was it not cleaned, but when I went to wipe it down with basic cleaner, orange paint was coming off the tractor. They attempted to cover chips with an orange Rustoleum like paint.... but could not bother to clean the tractor?Delivery driver stated it was unacceptable and would have someone call me. I received no response. On three separate days, I called and asked to speak to the owner and left messages with employees. No response. I reached back out to *** in sales, who told me that this was completely unacceptable and would be fixed. She explained it was to be washed and gassed up, the delivery driver left the paperwork, and they do have the second key. She explained she would correct the issue. Three more days. Nothing. I text. She asks what days she can have it dropped off, and I explain I am off Friday. Four more days. Nothing. No call today.This company could care less once they have your money in the bank. It is really sad, and I was hopeful to have a partnership after feeling employee(s) were so nice, but obviously this is not the case
