    I own a small lawn care business, Dropped off my main mower to have it serviced at the ***** location and was told it would be ready in 2 weeks. That was over 8 weeks ago and now my backup mower is also down so Ive been using my little one. Called to ask about it on Tuesday, May 27th. Guy I spoke to was kind of surprised to see its been here that long and said hed have the manager call me when she got in. She finally called me around 3:00pm just to tell me shed call me back the next day. Most places take care of regular customers, especially business owners Next day, no call so the following day I was there before they opened to pick it up and take it to a reputable business and was told it was taken to their store in ******. I told them I wanted it back the following morning whether it was done or not. I had an edger there for repairs, so I cancelled that and took it with me. Got a call saying the mower was at the store and give them a call. I figured Id just go in cause theyre probably just telling me its ready. Got a text at 4:30pm saying to call them. Get there before they open to pick it up this morning. Its still in ****** waiting on an air filter. ??I can buy the fricking filter at Ace. You'd think that if there was an issue it would have been mentioned in that voice mail or text. Unbelievable. Next they said saying itll be back in ***** around 9:00am the next day, Saturday. Finally got it back and you'd think they'd offer something as an apology like money off, but nope, not even an apology. They also advertise maintenance for $209 including parts, but then they tacked on another $90 for labor. False advertising? I'll let the correct state agency determine that. I miss ***** and I spent a ton of money there on service, repairs, supplies, equipment including mowers, etc.but I guess these people don't need the money.
