    We have been trying to get a loan from them sense Thursday of last week. We have given them all the information needed and answered *** did everything they asked. Oddly they were in contact Saturday and Sunday requiring the loan which was very odd! Red flag #1, Then whenever they called our phone didn't ring *** never showed up on caller ID but when we called it always said Spam. Red flag #2, Then today I messaged him yet once again a lengthy message explaining our concerns and the only response was "we will no longer he moving forward." With no other explanation or anything. Oh and on one of the messages from Saturday I think it was even his supervisor who messaged reassuring that our loan officer would for sure be in contact with us, and we replied with on a Saturday and that we didn't understand what was the issues. As to which this gentleman replied "we are not a 24hour company." Then why messaged and call on Saturday and Sunday? All around was very stressful interactions to then be told with no other explanations that they aren't proceeding. Very disappointed, *** to get honest very concerned about the odd practices and things communicated during process. We will never be trying again and will tell everyone about our experiences so ***** has to go through them again. Very Fishy!!!!

    We acknowledged the customer's recent review regarding their effort to obtain a loan from **. Bright Side Loans makes every effort to address customer inquiries and complaints whenever practical and apologies for any inconvenience that *** have occurred. Upon review of the interactions with this applicant, while the applicant would respond to text messages, we had difficulty reaching the applicant on the phone. Also in an effort to respond to the applicants late Friday and Saturday text inquiries on status, the Company did correspond on Saturday and Sunday. Applicant was sent an email containing additional information and a copy can be resent on the customers request.
