    Hired Lindemann to do a chimney cleaning & look into leaking chimney. My mistake in providing payment up front on Nov 7 2024. Cleaning was partially completed due to a reported bee nest. Employee was to come back out to complete cleaning after I advised the bee nest was removed. Several calls & texts with set date for a return scheduled, Lindemann never came back out and never called to reschedule. Leaking chimney was completely disregarded. Very poor support and follow-up. *** radio advertises Lindemann so I was expecting much better service.

    The crew that Lindemann sent out to rebuild our chimney we very professional, friendly, courteous and worked as a team and finished the rebuild in a single day. The next day they were back to remove the crown forms and another crew came to install a new stainless appliance liner.

    I don't even want to give them 1 star. I was CHEATED! They came out to clean and inspect. They 'found' 20,000$ worth of work that 'needed' to be done otherwise we would have a chimney fire. Well of course I got a 2nd and 3rd opinion. The 20,000$ worth of work needed was a total scam. There was no problem, the 2 other companies came and showed me that they fabricated the entire problem. AND on top of all of it, they had NOT cleaned the fireplace. The damper was covered with soot. They are cheaters and scammers.
